Description

Claims (10)
- 低い熱伝導率を有する材料から作製された導管を通過する液体の流量を測定するための装置であって、前記装置は、
前記導管の壁内に少なくとも部分的に配置され、前記壁の内面と実質的に並べられているプローブの一部である封入されたコンポーネントの表面を突出している、プローブを備え、
前記プローブは制御およびディスプレイユニットに作動可能に接続され、前記プローブはプリント基板(PCB)を含み、前記プリント基板上に、少なくとも2つのサーミスタが取り付けられ、上流のサーミスタはベースライン測定として機能し、間隔をあけた下流の自己発熱サーミスタは、前記導管を流れる前記液体によって冷却される前記下流のサーミスタの表面から得られる温度の変化を測定し、
前記制御およびディスプレイユニットは、流量を示すために前記制御およびディスプレイユニットにより電気的に処理される信号を生成するために前記サーミスタの電気抵抗を反復して測定する、装置。 - 前記装置の校正データを保存するためのメモリコンポーネントをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記液体と接触する前記サーミスタが、熱伝導性の電気的に絶縁された化合物中に封入される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記下流のサーミスタの自己発熱は重要な価値はなく、前記プローブは、前記下流のサーミスタに近接して熱的に近くに配置される加熱素子をさらに含み、前記下流のサーミスタは、1KΩ(25℃にて)より高い抵抗を有し、前記レジスタは100Ωより低い抵抗を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記加熱素子は、前記サーミスタと同じPCBの表面に取り付けられ、共通の土台の銅製のはんだ付けパッドおよび熱伝導性の化合物により前記下流のサーミスタに隣接し、かつ熱的に結合される、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記加熱素子は、前記液体から離れた方向の前記PCBの表面に取り付けられ、PCBの2つの表面を接続する共通の土台の銅製のはんだ付けパッドにより前記第2の下流のサーミスタに隣接し、かつ熱的に結合される、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記プローブは、接続ケーブル、電子回路、および電磁トランスミッタ/レシーバを含む群の1つにより前記制御およびディスプレイユニットに作動可能に接続される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御およびディスプレイユニットは、ユーザが前記制御およびディスプレイユニット上の「流量を計算する」ボタンを押すことにより選択される時間から開始して流量を積分し、計算し、表示するように配置される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御およびディスプレイユニットは、「開始」条件を既定することにより、ソフトウェアを用いて、自動的に開始して流量を積分し、計算し、表示するように配置される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記基板面は、フレキシブルであり、コンポーネントは、表面取り付け技術により前記基板に取り付けられる、請求項1に記載の装置。
