Abstract
【解決手段】温度センサ150と、湿度センサ180とを有する測定センサ素子100において、測定センサ素子100の基端部111と先端部112の間で延在する本体部110と、湿度を表すデータ信号を出力し、湿度センサ180を加熱するための供給信号を受信するように形成されたインターフェース120と、温度センサ150及び湿度センサ180に接続された電子機器130とを含み、該電子機器130が、温度測定値及び湿度測定値に依存してデータ信号を提供し、湿度センサ180が先端部112に配置されており、温度センサ150が、本体部110の一部によって湿度センサ180から離間して基端部111と先端部112の間に配置されている周囲温度測定プローブ151を含んでいる。

Claims (15)
- 温度測定値を検出するための温度センサ(150)と、湿度測定値を検出するための湿度センサ(180)とを有する測定センサ素子(100)であって、
−当該測定センサ素子(100)の基端部(111)と先端部(112)の間で長く延在する本体部(110)と、
−湿度を表すデータ信号を出力し、前記湿度センサ(180)を加熱するための供給信号を受信するように形成された、前記基端部(111)に配置されたインターフェース(120)と、
−前記温度センサ(150)及び前記湿度センサ(180)に接続され、前記本体部(110)に配置され、前記インターフェース(120)に後続配置された電子機器(130)と
を含み、該電子機器(130)が、温度測定値及び湿度測定値に依存してデータ信号を提供するように形成されており、
−前記湿度センサ(180)が前記先端部(112)に配置されており、
−前記温度センサ(150)が、前記本体部(110)の一部によって前記湿度センサ(180)から離間して前記基端部(111)と前記先端部(112)の間に配置されている周囲温度測定プローブ(151)を含んでいることを特徴とする測定センサ素子。 - 前記周囲温度測定プローブ(151)が、前記基端部(111)へ向いた先端部(1511)を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の測定センサ素子(100)。
- 前記本体部(110)が、前記周囲温度測定プローブ(151)を包囲する第1の凹部(113)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の測定センサ素子(100)。
- 前記周囲温度測定プローブ(151)が、そのほか、前記本体部(110)の別の部分によって前記電子機器(130)から離間されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の測定センサ素子(100)。
- 前記本体部(110)が、前記湿度センサ(180)と前記温度センサ(150)の間に配置された分離構造を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の測定センサ素子(100)。
- 前記分離構造が、局所的に低減された熱伝導率を有していることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の測定センサ素子(100)。
- 前記分離構造が、前記本体部の第2の凹部(114)を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の測定センサ素子(100)。
- 前記第2の凹部(114)が少なくとも5mmの長さを有していることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の測定センサ素子(100)。
- 前記第2の凹部(114)が、前記本体部(110)の幅の少なくとも40%の幅を有していることを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の測定センサ素子(100)。
- 前記湿度センサ(180)が、同様に前記先端部(112)に配置されたヒータ(183)を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の測定センサ素子(100)。
- 前記電子機器(130)が、前記湿度センサ(180)における温度を調整するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の測定センサ素子(100)。
- 前記湿度センサ(180)が、湿度測定プローブ(182)及び温度測定プローブ(182)を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の測定センサ素子(100)。
- 前記湿度センサ(180)の加熱可能な湿度チャンバ(184)も、また前記電子機器(130)も収容し、前記本体部(110)を包囲するハウジング(170)を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の測定センサ素子(100)。
- 前記ハウジング(170)が合成樹脂射出成形部材を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の測定センサ素子(100)。
- 当該測定センサ素子(100)が、空調装置において位置固定して取り付けるように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の測定センサ素子(100)。
