Abstract
本イノベーションは、赤外線(IR)センサー及びターゲット物体の間の経路付近及び内部の物体の温度を積極的に安定させる。温度モニターとコントローラーは抵抗性の温度装置(RTD)に対する電力を調整するために使用され、それによって、RTDに対する電流(また電力)を調整する。その結果、IR可視の物体の温度は、積極的に、例えば周囲温度の中の変化のような、変化に対して安定させることが可能であり、効率的で正確な温度記録につながる。

Claims (20)
- センサー・ハウジングを有するIR温度センサーと、
前記IR温度センサーを覆う、開放端と閉鎖端を有する防護ハウジングと、
前記防護ハウジングの前記閉鎖端の透過ウィンドウを包含する、前記防護ハウジングの前記閉鎖端の内部に位置した金属のフレームと、
熱を検知し発する、前記金属のフレームに熱的に接合した複数の抵抗性の感温体(RTD)と、
前記RTDの1以上によって検知された熱の関数にしたがって、前記複数のRTDの各々の温度制御により、前記透過ウィンドウの温度を積極的に安定させる制御回路と、
を含む赤外線(IR)温度監視システム。 - 前記IR温度センサーのベースプレートに熱的に接合した付加的なRTDをさらに含み、
前記付加的なRTDによる熱生成は、前記制御回路によって積極的に制御され、
前記熱生成は、積極的に前記ベースプレートの温度を安定させる請求項1のシステム。 - 回路基板上に位置したIRセンサーをさらに含み、
前記回路基板は、前記保護ハウジングの前記開放端を密閉する請求項1のシステム。 - 前記制御回路は実質的に0.196Wを出力し、実質的に120°Fで前記温度を安定させる請求項1のシステム。
- 前記制御回路は、積極的に前記金属のフレーム、前記複数のRTD、及び、前記IR温度センサーの温度を安定させる請求項1のシステム。
- 前記防護ハウジングは、円筒形である請求項1のシステム。
- 前記防護ハウジングは、プラスチックである請求項1のシステム。
- 前記金属のフレームは、銅のフレームである請求項1のシステム。
- 前記IR温度センサーは、
前記ハウジングの一端へマウントされた光学用レンズと、
前記ハウジングのもう一端へマウントされたベースプレートと、をさらに含み、
前記ベースプレートは、前記制御回路によって前記IRセンサー部品の各々の温度を安定させる付加的なRTDを含む請求項1のシステム。 - 前記光学用レンズは、熱的に安定したレンズである請求項8のシステム。
- 前記IR温度センサーの前記ベースプレートを介して横断する各リードを密閉するガラス充填材をさらに含む請求項8のシステム。
- 前記金属のフレームから前記IR温度センサーのベースプレートに熱を向ける温度チャネリング手段をさらに含む請求項1のシステム。
- 前記RTDの各々は、セラミックRTDである請求項1のシステム。
- 設定温度を選択し、
前記設定温度に関する複数のRTDの現在の温度をモニターし、
前記複数のRTDのうちの1つの前記現在の温度が前記設定と一致していない場合には、前記複数のRTDの1つに対する電力を積極的に調整し、
前記設定に関する前記現在の温度の関数にしたがって、前記複数のRTDの1つの熱出力を調節することを含むIR温度センシング・アセンブリの温度を安定させる方法。 - 保護ハウジングの透過ウィンドウのまわりに金属のフレームを堆積させ、
前記金属のフレームに前記複数のRTDを熱的に接合することをさらに含む請求項14の方法。 - IR温度センサーのベースプレートに付加的なRTDを熱的に接合することをさらに含む請求項15の方法。
- 前記金属のフレームからIR温度センサーの光学レンズまで熱を導くことをさらに含む請求項15の方法。
- センサー・ハウジングを有するIR温度センサーを覆う、防護ハウジング内の現在の温度を検知するための手段と、
あらかじめ選択された設定温度に基づいて現在の温度を調整するための手段と、を含むIRモニタリングシステム中の温度の積極的な制御を容易にするシステム。 - 前記現在の温度を検知するための手段は、複数のRTDである請求項18のシステム。
- 前記現在の温度を調整するための手段は、前記RTDの各々を介して電力を調整し、前記電力の調整は前記RTDの各々によって生成された熱を増加する積極的な制御回路、あるいは、受動的な熱安定化手段である請求項18のシステム。
