Description
本特許明細書は、そのすべてが本明細書に参照として組み込まれている、2009年12月31日に出願された、米国仮特許出願第61/291,513号明細書の優先権を請求する。
・9.8mm(0.385インチ)Bruce人工硬木フローリングID:ER3555の1層。サンプルは、172mm(5インチ)ワイド、1499mm(59インチ)長厚板。サンプル重量は8,1kg/m2(1.66lbs/ft2)であった。
・接着剤の1層。サンプルを6.9mm×6.9mm(1/4インチ×1/4インチ)V−ノッチこてを用いて塗った。
・縫い目と周辺で、両面テープを用いてコンクリートに接着させた6milポリシーティング。
・密度366.1kg/m2(75.0lbs/ft2)の、152.4mm(6インチ)厚強化コンクリート。
・試験組み立て品の総密度は374.3kg/m2(76.66lbs/ft2)であった。
・試験床サイズは、3658mm×4877mm(12ft×16ft)であった。
・条件:コンクリートを最低28日間硬化させた。接着剤を最低24時間硬化させた。
Claims (16)
- 接着性組成物であって、
a.10〜50重量パーセントの湿気硬化ポリマーシステム
b.0.2〜10重量パーセントの多数のスペーサー粒子で、前記粒子が、不規則な形であり、サイズにして0.5〜10mmである、
c.40〜90重量パーセントの、前記組成物の物理的特性を改変するための添加物、
を含む、接着性組成物。 - 前記湿気硬化ポリマーシステムが、ポリウレタン類、シリル化ポリウレタン類、およびシリル化ポリエーテル類からなる群より選択される、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記湿気硬化ポリマーシステムがさらに、3〜20重量パーセントのイソシアネート−反応性化合物を含む、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 前記スペーサー粒子が、そのもともとの形態から25%またはそれ以下変形した物質からなる、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記スペーサー粒子が、エラストマーポリマー、ガラス、金属またはミネラルからなる、請求項4に記載の組成物。
- 前記エラストマーポリマーが、エチレン−プロピレン−ジエンモノマーまたはスチレン−ブタジエンゴムである、請求項5に記載の組成物。
- 前記添加物が、可塑剤、レオロジー重合調整剤、充填剤、希釈液、接着促進剤、粘着力増加樹脂、抗菌剤/バイオサイド、触媒、湿気スカベンジャー、抗酸化剤、消泡剤、色素、紫外線吸収剤および安定化剤、潤滑油、増量剤およびこれらの混合物からなる群より選択される、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記スペーサー粒子が、サイズにして0.5mm〜1.5mmである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 床構造であって、
a.床基質、
b.前記床基質の少なくとも一部分に適用した、サイズにして0.5〜10mmである、湿気−硬化ポリマーシステムと多数の不規則な形態のスペーサー粒子を含む接着性組成物、および
c.前記接着剤上に適用される、少なくとも1つの床仕上げ材要素、
を含む床構造。 - 前記ポリマーシステムが、ポリウレタン類、シリル化ポリウレタン類およびシリル化ポリエーテル類から選択される、請求項9に記載の床構造。
- 前記床基質が、コンクリート、ベニヤ板、パーティクル・ボード、チップ・ボード、ビニル・タイル、セラミック・タイル、セメント支持ボード、石こう、放射熱フローリングおよびテラゾからなる群より選択される、請求項10に記載の床構造。
- 前記床仕上げ材が、加工木材、固体木材、竹、セラミック・タイル、大理石および石からなる群より選択される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 床構造を構築するための方法であって、
a.一成分湿気硬化ポリマーシステムと、サイズにして0.5〜10mmである多数の不規則な形態のスペーサー粒子を、床基質の表面の少なくとも一部に適用すること、
b.少なくとも1つの床仕上げ材要素を、前記組成物上に適用すること、および
c.前記床仕上げ材要素の最上部に圧力を加え、前記組成物が前記床基質の部分にわたって均一に広がり、それによって連続接接着層を作り出すこと、
を含む方法。 - 前記ポリマーシステムが、ポリウレタン類、シリル化ポリウレタン類、およびシリル化ポリエーテル類からなる群より選択される、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記床基質が、コンクリート、ベニヤ板、パーティクル・ボード、チップ・ボード、ビニル・タイル、セラミック・タイル、セメント支持ボード、石こう、放射熱フローリングおよびテラゾからなる群より選択される、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記床仕上げ材が、加工木材、固体木材、竹、セラミック・タイル、大理石および石からなる群より選択される、請求項15に記載の方法。
