Abstract
【解決手段】セレクト方向に、リバース−1速、4速−5速、2速−3速、6速の順に整列されたシフトブロックB1〜B6と、各シフトブロックをシフトするための第1〜第4シフトレバー24a〜24bと、第1〜第4シフトレバーをセレクトするセレクトアクチュエータ30と、第1又は第2シフトレバーをシフト操作する第1シフトアクチュエータ31aと、第3又は第4シフトレバーをシフト操作する第2シフトアクチュエータ31bと、第1、第2シフトアクチュエータでギヤ抜き・ギヤ入れする際に、そのギヤ段のギヤ抜きされたことを判定するギヤ抜き判定手段50と、ギヤ入れ側のシフトアクチュエータを駆動し、ギヤ抜き判定手段でギヤ抜き判定されたときにギヤ入れ側のシフトアクチュエータを作動する駆動装置51とを備えたものである。

Claims (5)
- リバースと1速、2速と3速、4速と5速のギヤ段が対向配置されると共に6速のギヤ段が設けられ、これらギヤ段をシフト操作するシフトブロックが設けられた変速機を用い、これらシフトブロックを、セレクト操作した後、シフト操作して自動変速するための車両の変速装置において、セレクト方向に、リバース−1速、4速−5速、2速−3速、6速の順に整列されたシフトブロックと、整列したシフトブロックに係合する第1〜第4シフトレバーと、第1〜第4シフトレバーをセレクトするセレクトアクチュエータと、第1又は第2シフトレバーをシフト操作する第1シフトアクチュエータと、第3又は第4シフトレバーをシフト操作する第2シフトアクチュエータと、第1、第2シフトアクチュエータでギヤ抜き・ギヤ入れする際に、そのギヤ段のギヤ抜きされたことを判定するギヤ抜き判定手段と、ギヤ抜き側のシフトアクチュエータを駆動し、ギヤ抜き判定手段でギヤ抜き判定されたときにギヤ入れ側のシフトアクチュエータを作動する駆動装置を備えたことを特徴とする車両の変速装置。
- リバースと1速、2速と3速、4速と5速のギヤ段が対向配置されると共に6速のギヤ段上に、平行なシフトシャフトが設けられ、その一方のシフトシャフトに、リバースと1速のギヤ段を切り換えるスリーブを操作する第1シフトフォークが固設されると共にリバース−1速のシフトブロックが固設され、一方のシフトシャフトに、2速と3速のギヤ段を切り換えるスリーブを操作する第2シフトフォークが軸方向移動可能に設けられると共に2速−3速のシフトブロックが第2シフトフォークに連結され、他方のシフトシャフトに、6速のギヤ段に切り換えるスリーブを操作する第4シフトフォークがリンクレバーを介して連結されると共に6速のシフトブロックが固設され、他方のシフトシャフトに、4速と5速のギヤ段を切り換えるスリーブを操作する第3シフトフォークが軸方向移動可能に設けられると共に、4速−5速のシフトブロックが第3シフトフォークに連結される請求項1記載の車両の変速装置。
- 第1シフトレバーと第2シフトレバーは、L字状に形成されると共に上下に間隔をおいて水平に回動自在に設けられ、第1シフトレバーと第2シフトレバーのL字状に折り曲げられたレバー部が、リバース−1速のシフトブロックと4速−5速のシフトブロックにそれぞれ係合し、第1シフトレバーと第2シフトレバーの回動で、レバー部を介してリバース−1速のシフトブロックと4速−5速のシフトブロックをシフト移動する請求項1記載の車両の変速装置。
- 第3シフトレバーと第4シフトレバーは、L字状に形成され、上下に間隔をおいて水平に回動自在に設けられると共に、第1シフトレバーと第2シフトレバーと対向するように設けられ、第3シフトレバーと第4シフトレバーのL字状に折り曲げられたレバー部が、2速−3速のシフトブロックと6速−5速のシフトブロックにそれぞれ係合し、第3シフトレバーと第4シフトレバーの回動で、レバー部を介して2速−3速のシフトブロックと6速のシフトブロックをシフト移動する請求項3記載の車両の変速装置。
- ギヤ抜き判定手段は、各シフトブロック或いは第1、第2シフトアクチュエータのシフト量を検出するセンサを有し、そのセンサで検出したシフト量からギヤ抜きを判定し、駆動手段は、ギヤ抜き判定手段のギヤ抜き判定が入力され、2速と3速、4速と5速を切り換える際には、第1又は第2シフトアクチュエータをそのまま作動してギヤ抜き・ギヤ入れを行い、1速−2速、3速−4速、5速−6速を切り換える際には、ギヤ抜き判定が行われたとき、中立位置までギヤ抜き側シフトアクチュエータを作動するのに並行してギヤ入れ側シフトアクチュエータを作動してギヤ入れを行う請求項1記載の車両の変速装置。
