Abstract
【解決手段】 圧力容器10は、繊維強化プラスチックからなる筒状部100と蓋部200とを備える。筒状部100の端部100aの外周面は、端面100bに向かって径が大きくなる逆テーパー形状になっている。蓋部200は、筒状部100の端部100aの外周面の逆テーパー形状に沿って設けられるくさび形部材202と、くさび形部材を外側から覆う外リング204と、筒状部100の開口とくさび形部材202とを覆うように設けられて外リング204に接続される内リング206及び内リング206に接続される試料キャップ210とを備える。

Claims (8)
- 繊維強化プラスチックからなる筒状部と、当該筒状部の少なくとも一方の端部に蓋部とを備える圧力容器であって、
前記筒状部の前記端部の外周面は、端面に向かって径が大きくなる逆テーパー形状になっており、
前記蓋部は、
前記筒状部の端部の外周面の逆テーパー形状に沿って設けられるくさび形部材と、
前記くさび形部材を外側から覆うと共に前記筒状部の開口を覆う蓋部本体部と、
を備える圧力容器。 - 前記筒状部の逆テーパー形状の当該筒状部の軸方向に対する角度は、3°〜5°の何れかである請求項1に記載の圧力容器。
- 前記筒状部の内部には実質的に当該筒状部の軸方向に延びる複数の繊維が設けられており、
前記複数の繊維は、前記筒状部の前記端部において径方向の外側に設けられたもの程、当該筒状部の軸方向に対する角度が大きくなるように設けられる請求項1又は2に記載の圧力容器。 - 前記筒状部の内部には実質的に当該筒状部の軸方向に延びる複数の繊維が設けられており、
前記複数の繊維は、前記筒状部の前記端部において当該筒状部の軸方向に対する角度が前記逆テーパー形状と同じ角度で設けられる請求項1又は2に記載の圧力容器。 - 前記蓋部本体部には、一方の開口が前記筒状部の開口につながる孔が設けられており、
前記蓋部は、前記蓋部本体部の前記孔の他方の開口に着脱可能に設けられ、当該他方の開口を塞ぐキャップを更に備える請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の圧力容器。 - 前記蓋部には穴が開いており、当該蓋部に覆われた前記筒状部の内部に流体又は圧力を加えることが可能な構成である請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の圧力容器。
- 前記筒状部が、炭素繊維強化プラスチックからなる請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の圧力容器。
- 前記蓋部が、金属製である請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の圧力容器。
