Abstract
【解決手段】充電器の充電ケーブルを電動車両に接続し、充電器側の供給電圧Vsを一時的に上下させる。充電器と電動車両とは接続されるため、電動車両側の受給電圧Vrについても供給電圧Vsに連動して上下する。これにより、供給電圧Vsにフィルタ処理を施した充電器側データDsに特徴点α1が付与され、受給電圧Vrにフィルタ処理を施した車両側データDrに特徴点α2が付与される。そして、特徴点α1,α2に基づいてフィルタ処理に起因する充電器側データDsと車両側データDrとの間の時間遅れTが算出される。充電器と電動車両との間の絶縁不良等を判定する際には、時間遅れTに基づいて充電器側データDsと車両側データDrとを同期させた上で比較される。これにより、データDs,Drを適切に比較することができ、絶縁不良等を正確に判定することが可能となる。

Claims (7)
- 充電器と電動車両とを充電ケーブルを介して接続し、前記電動車両に搭載される蓄電デバイスを充電する充電システムであって、
前記充電器内の供給電圧、供給電流または供給電力に所定のフィルタ処理を施して供給側処理データを算出する供給側処理手段と、
前記電動車両内の受給電圧、受給電流または受給電力に所定のフィルタ処理を施して受給側処理データを算出する受給側処理手段と、
供給電圧、供給電流、受給電圧および受給電流の少なくともいずれか1つを変化させ、前記供給側処理データおよび前記受給側処理データに特徴点を与える特徴付与手段と、
前記供給側処理データと前記受給側処理データとの特徴点に基づいて、前記供給側処理データと前記受給側処理データとを同期させるデータ同期手段と、
同期させた前記供給側処理データと前記受給側処理データとを比較し、前記充電器と前記電動車両との間の通電状態が正常であるか否かを判定する判定手段とを備えることを特徴とする充電システム。 - 請求項1記載の充電システムにおいて、
前記供給側処理手段によるフィルタ処理と前記受給側処理手段によるフィルタ処理とは相違することを特徴とする充電システム。 - 請求項1または2記載の充電システムにおいて、
第1供給電力を上限に前記蓄電デバイスを充電する本充電モードと、前記第1供給電力よりも小さな第2供給電力を上限に前記蓄電デバイスを充電するプレ充電モードとを備える充電制御手段を有し、
前記本充電モードの前に実施される前記プレ充電モードにおいて、前記特徴付与手段は、前記供給側処理データおよび前記受給側処理データに特徴点を与えることを特徴とする充電システム。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の充電システムにおいて、
前記特徴付与手段は、供給電流または受給電流を変化させ、前記供給側処理データおよび前記受給側処理データに特徴点を与えることを特徴とする充電システム。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の充電システムにおいて、
前記データ同期手段は、特徴点に基づいて前記供給側処理データと前記受給側処理データとの間の時間遅れを算出し、時間遅れに基づいて前記供給側処理データと前記受給側処理データとを同期させることを特徴とする充電システム。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の充電システムにおいて、
前記供給側処理手段、前記受給側処理手段、前記特徴付与手段、前記データ同期手段および前記判定手段は、前記充電器に設けられることを特徴とする充電システム。 - 請求項6記載の充電システムにおいて、
前記電動車両内の受給電圧、受給電流または受給電力は、前記充電ケーブル内の通信線を介して前記受給側処理手段に送信されることを特徴とする充電システム。
