Claims (8)
- 充電器と電動車両とを充電ケーブルを介して接続し、前記電動車両に搭載される蓄電デバイスを充電する充電システムであって、
前記充電器側の供給電圧に所定のフィルタ処理を施して算出される供給電圧データに対し、前記供給電圧データの変化率に基づいて基準点を設定する第1基準設定手段と、
前記電動車両側の受給電圧に所定のフィルタ処理を施して算出される受給電圧データに対し、前記受給電圧データの変化率に基づいて基準点を設定する第2基準設定手段と、
前記供給電圧データと前記受給電圧データとの基準点に基づいて、前記供給電圧データと前記受給電圧データとを同期させるデータ同期手段と、
同期させた前記供給電圧データと前記受給電圧データとを比較し、前記供給電圧と前記受給電圧との電圧差を算出する電圧差算出手段と、
前記供給電圧と前記受給電圧との電圧差に基づいて、前記充電ケーブルの通電抵抗を算出する抵抗算出手段と、
前記充電ケーブルの通電抵抗と前記充電器側の供給電流または前記電動車両側の受給電流とに基づいて、前記充電ケーブルの電圧降下量を算出する降下量算出手段と、
前記電圧降下量に基づき更新される判定電圧と前記充電器側の供給電圧とを比較し、前記蓄電デバイスの充電状態を判定する充電判定手段とを有することを特徴とする充電システム。 - 請求項1記載の充電システムにおいて、
前記判定電圧は、所定の基礎判定電圧に前記電圧降下量を加算して更新されることを特徴とする充電システム。 - 請求項1または2記載の充電システムにおいて、
前記充電器は、前記供給電流を所定電流まで上昇させてから前記所定電流に保持する定電流充電を実施し、
前記第1基準設定手段は、前記供給電流の上昇過程と保持過程とにおける前記供給電圧データの変化率の差を検出し、上昇過程から保持過程に切り替わる箇所の前記供給電圧データに基準点を設定し、
前記第2基準設定手段は、前記供給電流の上昇過程と保持過程とにおける前記受給電圧データの変化率の差を検出し、上昇過程から保持過程に切り替わる箇所の前記受給電圧データに基準点を設定することを特徴とする充電システム。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の充電システムにおいて、
前記データ同期手段は、基準点に基づいて前記供給電圧データと前記受給電圧データとの間の時間遅れを算出し、時間遅れに基づいて前記供給電圧データと前記受給電圧データとを同期させることを特徴とする充電システム。 - 蓄電デバイスが搭載される電動車両に充電ケーブルを介して接続され、前記蓄電デバイスを充電する充電器であって、
前記充電器側の供給電圧に所定のフィルタ処理を施して算出される供給電圧データに対し、前記供給電圧データの変化率に基づいて基準点を設定する第1基準設定手段と、
前記電動車両側の受給電圧に所定のフィルタ処理を施して算出される受給電圧データに対し、前記受給電圧データの変化率に基づいて基準点を設定する第2基準設定手段と、
前記供給電圧データと前記受給電圧データとの基準点に基づいて、前記供給電圧データと前記受給電圧データとを同期させるデータ同期手段と、
同期させた前記供給電圧データと前記受給電圧データとを比較し、前記供給電圧と前記受給電圧との電圧差を算出する電圧差算出手段と、
前記供給電圧と前記受給電圧との電圧差に基づいて、前記充電ケーブルの通電抵抗を算出する抵抗算出手段と、
前記充電ケーブルの通電抵抗と前記充電器側の供給電流または前記電動車両側の受給電流とに基づいて、前記充電ケーブルの電圧降下量を算出する降下量算出手段と、
前記電圧降下量に基づき更新される判定電圧と前記充電器側の供給電圧とを比較し、前記蓄電デバイスの充電状態を判定する充電判定手段とを有することを特徴とする充電器。 - 請求項5記載の充電器において、
前記判定電圧は、所定の基礎判定電圧に前記電圧降下量を加算して更新されることを特徴とする充電器。 - 請求項5または6記載の充電器において、
前記蓄電デバイスを充電する際に、前記供給電流を所定電流まで上昇させてから前記所定電流に保持する定電流充電手段を有し、
前記第1基準設定手段は、前記供給電流の上昇過程と保持過程とにおける前記供給電圧データの変化率の差を検出し、上昇過程から保持過程に切り替わる箇所の前記供給電圧データに基準点を設定し、
前記第2基準設定手段は、前記供給電流の上昇過程と保持過程とにおける前記受給電圧データの変化率の差を検出し、上昇過程から保持過程に切り替わる箇所の前記受給電圧データに基準点を設定することを特徴とする充電器。 - 請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の充電器において、
前記データ同期手段は、基準点に基づいて前記供給電圧データと前記受給電圧データとの間の時間遅れを算出し、時間遅れに基づいて前記供給電圧データと前記受給電圧データとを同期させることを特徴とする充電器。
