Abstract
【解決手段】断熱キャビネット1が、天井壁部1aと、底壁部1b、左側壁部1c、右側壁部、及び奥壁部1eを有し、そのうちの天井壁部1aと底壁部1bの両方又は一方を、それぞれの外殻2,6と内殻3,7との間を真空断熱パネル4,8〜10とこれの内側に充填した発泡断熱材5とで充たして構成し、左側壁部1c、右側壁部、及び奥壁部1eを、それぞれの外殻17と内殻12,18との間を真空断熱パネル19で充たして構成した。

Description
まず、図3には、断熱キャビネット、中でも冷蔵庫の断熱キャビネット1を示しており、この断熱キャビネット1は、この場合、図4に示すように、周壁を、天井壁部1aと、底壁部1b、左側壁部1c、右側壁部1d、及び奥壁部1eの別に作製して、それらを組み立てることにより形成したもので、全体には、図3に示すように、前面が開口するほゞ直方体の箱状を成している。
この場合、各外殻2,6,11,14,17は例えば鋼板等の金属製であり、各内殻3,7,12,15,18は例えばプラスチック製である。
なお、図10及び図11は、各壁部を、真空断熱パネル4,8〜10,13,16,19と、充填された発泡断熱材5のみで(それぞれの外殻及び内殻を省略して)表している。
なお、図13には、上述のようにして製造した断熱キャビネット1の前面の開口部を冷蔵室や製氷室及び冷凍室等の室別に開閉するように設けた扉51,52,53をも示している。
かくして、本実施形態によれば、断熱性能並びに剛性が充分に得られる断熱キャビネット1を提供することができる。
その1つとして、放熱パイプ49は、左側壁部1cと右側壁部1d及び奥壁部1eの全部にではなく、そのうちのいずれか1つ又は2つの壁部に設けるようにしても良い。
又、天井壁部1a及び底壁部1bの発泡断熱材5は、ともに真空断熱パネル4,8〜10を内殻3,7の外面に貼着することで、該真空断熱パネル4,8〜10のそれぞれ外側(外殻2,6側)に充填するようにしても良い。
そして、断熱キャビネット1自体は、冷蔵庫に限られず、温蔵庫、冷凍ショーケースその他の恒温キャビネットとして使用することができる。
Claims (8)
- 天井壁部と、底壁部、左側壁部、右側壁部、及び奥壁部を有し、そのうちの天井壁部と底壁部の両方又は一方を、それぞれの外殻と内殻との間を真空断熱パネルとこれの内側又は外側に充填した発泡断熱材とで充たして構成し、左側壁部、右側壁部、及び奥壁部を、それぞれの外殻と内殻との間を真空断熱パネルで充たして構成したことを特徴とする断熱キャビネット。
- 発泡断熱材を注入した注入口が、真空断熱パネルと発泡断熱材とで充たされた壁部に臨んで形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の断熱キャビネット。
- 真空断熱パネルと発泡断熱材とで充たされた壁部において、発泡断熱材の厚さが真空断熱パネルの厚さよりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の断熱キャビネット。
- 発泡断熱材が、真空断熱パネルと発泡断熱材とで充たされた壁部における外殻又は内殻と真空断熱パネルとの間の空間から真空断熱パネルの端縁部相互間の隙間にかけて充填されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の断熱キャビネット。
- 真空断熱パネルの端縁部相互間の部分に斜状部による空間が形成され、その空間に発泡断熱材が充填されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の断熱キャビネット。
- 配線、配管が、真空断熱パネルの端縁部相互間の部分の発泡断熱材が充填される部分になされていることを特徴とする請求項4又は5記載の断熱キャビネット。
- 真空断熱パネルと発泡断熱材とで充たされた壁部から、左側壁部と奥壁部とにおける真空断熱パネルの端縁部相互間の部分、並びに右側壁部と奥壁部における真空断熱パネルの端縁部相互間の部分の、それぞれ一部にかけて発泡断熱材が充填されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の断熱キャビネット。
- 左側壁部、右側壁部、及び奥壁部の全部又はそのいずれかの壁部に放熱パイプが配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の断熱キャビネット。
