Abstract
Description
a)赤から金へのカラーフロップ(colour flop)を有する雲母を基礎とする多層干渉顔料、及び蛍光緑を示す顔料からなる内側の円形表面;
a)金から赤へのカラーフロップを有する雲母を基礎とする多層干渉顔料、及び蛍光赤を示す顔料からなる外側の隣接円
を含有することを記載している。
実質的な質量配合の割合で、800nm未満及び400nmより大きい波長範囲において放出する持続性自己成長材料の少なくとも1つのタイプ、
実質的な質量配合の割合で、前記自己成長材料の効果を高める、より高い反射性の機能顔料の少なくとも1つのタイプ、
実質的な質量配合の割合で、該配合物を結合する支持複合材料の少なくとも1つのタイプ
を含むリン光体配合物に関する。
本発明による顔料組成物、又は
(a)部分的に又は完全に無機リン光体顔料を含有する被覆層、及び
(b)透明着色剤、特に透明な有機もしくは無機顔料を含有する被覆層
を含む少なくとも1つの前記下地表面上で、表示又は他の見える特徴を含んでよい。
− 下地
− 無機リン光体顔料を含有する被覆層、及び
− 透明着色剤を含有する被覆層。
a)表面が表示又は他の可視特性を含有してよい表面を有する下地を提供する工程、
b)少なくとも一部の該下地表面上に、無機リン光体顔料(物質)、透明着色剤及び硬化性透明バインダーを含有する被覆を適用する工程、並びに
(c)前記被覆層を硬化する工程、又は
a)表面が表示又は他の可視特性を含有してよい表面を有する下地を提供する工程、
b)少なくとも一部の該下地表面上に、無機リン光体顔料(物質)及び(硬化性)透明バインダーを含有する被覆を適用する工程、
b1)場合により、該被覆層(b)を硬化する工程、
b2)前記の該被覆表面(b)上に、透明着色剤及び硬化性透明バインダーを含有する被覆を適用する工程、並びに
(c)前記被覆層を硬化する工程
を含む方法によって製造される。
(A)無機リン光体顔料(物質)、及び
(B)透明着色剤、特に有機又は無機顔料
を含有する、顔料組成物又は顔料混合物にも関する。
(a)本発明による顔料組成物を含有する層、その際該顔料組成物は、前記層の少なくとも一部に存在し、又は
(a)無機リン光体顔料を含有する層、その際該無機リン光体顔料は、前記層の少なくとも一部に存在し、及び
(b)透明着色剤、特に透明な有機もしくは無機顔料を含有する層
を含む、被覆又は膜材料に関する。
前記リン光体画像形成層は、無機リン光体顔料(物質)、及び場合により透明着色剤を含有し、かつ
前記着色された透明層は、透明着色剤を含有する。
− いくつかの他の方法でラッカー塗り又は被覆されてもよい、セルロース含有材料、例えば紙、合成紙、厚紙、木及び木製材料、
− いくつかの他の方法でラッカー塗り又は被覆されてもよい、金属材料、例えばアルミニウム、鉄、銅、銀、金、亜鉛もしくはそれらの金属の合金の箔、薄板又は加工物、
− 同様に被覆されてよい、シリケート材料、例えばガラス、磁気、及びセラミック、
− あらゆる種類のポリマー材料、例えばポリスチレン、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、ポリエチレン、プリプロピレン、メラミン樹脂、ポリアクリレート、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリウレタン、ポリカーボネート、ポリビニルクロリド及び対応するコポリマー並びにブロックコポリマー、
− 織物材料、例えば、ポリエステルのもしくは改質ポリエステルの繊維、糸、より糸、編物、織物、不織物及び完成品、ポリエステル配合物、セルロース含有材料、例えば綿、綿配合物、黄麻、亜麻、***及び苧麻、ビスコース、ウール、シルク、ポリアミド、ポリアミド配合物、ポリアクリロニトリル、トリアセテート、アセテート、ポリカーボネート、ポリプロピレン、ポリビニルクロリド、ポリエステルマイクロファイバー、及びガラスファイバー織物、
− 皮革、平滑仕上げの形で、皮革天然皮革及び合成皮革、ナパ皮革、又はベロア皮革
が挙げられてよい。
実施例1(スクリーン印刷):
赤に着色された濃縮物を、赤色顔料(MICROLITH DPP Red B−K)12部と、ビニルクロリド/ビニルアセテートコポリマー(VYHH, Union Carbide)12.3部、エトキシプロパノール8.8部及びメチル−エチル−ケトン66.9部とを混合することによって製造し、そして15分間2000rpmでDispermat装置で撹拌した。
赤に着色された濃縮物を、CROMOPHTAL DPP Red BP0.5部と、E−25736(Epple社製のバインダー)9.50部とを混合すること、及び50回転数で2回、及び2kgの圧力でEngelsmann装置中で分散することによって製造した。
緑に着色された濃縮物を、オレイン酸0.5部と、Chromoxidgruen GN−M 5部及びE−25736(Epple社製のバインダー)4.5部とを混合すること、及び2回、50回転数で、及び2kgの圧力でEngelsmann装置中で分散することによって製造した。
黒く着色された濃縮物を、オレイン酸0.5部と、Chromoxidgruen GN−M 5部及びE−25736(Epple社製のバインダー)4.5部とを混合すること、及び50回転数で2回、及び2kgの圧力でEngelsmann装置中で分散することによって製造した。
Claims (12)
- 顔料組成物であって、
(A)無機リン光体顔料(物質)、及び
(B)透明着色剤、特に有機又は無機顔料
を含有する顔料組成物。 - 被覆又は膜材料であって、
(a)請求項1に記載の顔料組成物を含有する層、その際該顔料組成物は、前記層の少なくとも一部に存在し、又は
(a)無機リン光体顔料を含有する層、その際該無機リン光体顔料は、前記層の少なくとも一部に存在し、及び
(b)透明着色剤、特に透明な有機もしくは無機顔料を含有する層
を含む、被覆又は膜材料。 - 価値、権利、同一性のある文書のための、機密保護ラベル又はブランド品のための、下地を含む機密保護要素であって、その表面で、又はその表面上で、並びに
請求項1に記載の顔料組成物、又は
(a)部分的に又は完全に無機リン光体顔料を含有する被覆層、及び
(b)透明着色剤、特に透明な有機もしくは無機顔料を含有する被覆層

- 請求項1、2又は3のいずれか1項に記載の顔料組成物、被覆、膜材料、又は機密保護要素であって、前記透明着色剤が、無機顔料、例えば、透明黄色酸化鉄[C.I. Pigment Yellow 42:77 492]、透明赤色酸化鉄[C.I. Pigment Red 101:77 491]、透明コバルトブルー[C.I. Pigment Blue 28:77 346]、透明コバルトグリーン[C.I. Pigment Green 19:77 335]及び透明酸化クロムグリーンである、請求項1、2又は3のいずれか1項に記載の顔料組成物、被覆、膜材料、又は機密保護要素。
- 請求項1、2又は3のいずれか1項に記載の顔料組成物、被覆、膜材料、又は機密保護要素であって、前記透明顔料が、有機顔料、例えばマゼンダ及び赤色での透明キナクリドン、イソインドリノン又は黄色キナクリドン/キナクリドンキノン固溶体のような透明黄色顔料、透明銅フタロシアニンブルー及びハロゲン化銅フタロシアニングリーン、又は高飽和透明ジケトンピロロピロールもしくはジオキサジン顔料、特に透明キナクリドン顔料又は透明ジケトピロロピロール顔料である、請求項1、2又は3のいずれか1項に記載の顔料組成物、被覆、膜材料、又は機密保護要素。
- 請求項1、2又は3のいずれか1項に記載の顔料組成物、被覆、膜材料、又は機密保護要素であって、前記透明顔料が、酸化クロムグリーン、又はジケトピロロピロール顔料であり、かつ前記無機リン光体顔料が、SrAl2O4:緑のリン光及び平均粒子サイズ約3μmを有するEu2+蛍光体である、請求項1、2又は3のいずれか1項に記載の顔料組成物、被覆、膜材料、又は機密保護要素。
- 請求項3に記載の機密保護要素の製造方法であって、
a)表面が表示又は他の可視特性を含有してよい表面を有する下地を提供する工程、
b)少なくとも一部の該下地表面上に、無機リン光体顔料、透明着色剤及び硬化性透明バインダーを含有する被覆を適用する工程、並びに
(c)前記被覆層を硬化する工程、又は
a)表面が表示又は他の可視特性を含有してよい表面を有する下地を提供する工程、
b)少なくとも一部の該下地表面上に、無機リン光体顔料及び硬化性透明バインダーを含有する被覆を適用する工程、
b1)場合により、該被覆層(b)を硬化する工程、
b2)該被覆表面(b)上に、無機リン光体顔料(物質)及び硬化性透明バインダーを含有する被覆を適用する工程、並びに
(c)前記被覆層を硬化する工程
を含む、製造方法。 - 無機リン光体顔料を、並びに下地上にリン光体画像形成層を、又は下地上にリン光体画像形成層及び着色された透明層を含有する下地上に透明着色剤を印刷することによって形成されたリン光体画像であって、その際、
前記リン光体画像形成層は、無機リン光体顔料、及び場合により透明着色剤を含有し、かつ
前記着色された透明層は、透明着色剤を含有する、リン光体画像。 - 請求項3に記載の機密保護要素を含む、価値、権利、同一性のある文書、機密保護ラベル、ブランド品。
- 偽造又は複製を防ぐための、価値、権利、同一性のある文書、機密保護ラベル又はブランド品に対する、請求項3に記載の機密保護要素の使用。
