Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の電池モジュールは、外側に突出した電極端子を含む複数の単位電池と、複数の単位電池を電気的に連結する連結部材を含む。連結部材は複数のバスバーと絶縁ガイドを含む。複数のバスバーは隣接する二つの単位電池の二つの電極端子に対応する貫通孔を形成する。絶縁ガイドは、複数の各々のバスバーに結合して複数のバスバーを支持する複数のホルダー部と、複数のホルダー部の間に位置して複数のホルダー部を一方向に連結する複数の狭幅部を含む。

Claims (16)
- 外側に突出した電極端子を含む複数の単位電池、及び
前記複数の単位電池を電気的に連結する連結部材を含み、
前記連結部材は、
隣接する二つの単位電池の二つの電極端子に対応する貫通孔を形成する複数のバスバー、及び
前記複数の各々のバスバーに結合して前記複数のバスバーを支持する複数のホルダー部と、前記複数のホルダー部の間に位置して前記複数のホルダー部を一方向に連結する複数の狭幅部を備えた絶縁ガイドを含むことを特徴とする、電池モジュール。 - 前記複数のホルダー部と前記複数の狭幅部は一体に形成され、伸縮性のある絶縁物質から成ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記狭幅部は、前記複数のホルダー部のうち隣接する二つのホルダー部の間で前記二つのホルダー部の中央に位置し、前記狭幅部の両側に一対のベンディング溝が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記狭幅部は前記ホルダー部より小さい厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記バスバーは、前記貫通孔が形成される板状の中央部と、前記中央部の側面から外側に突出した突出部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ホルダー部は、中央に前記バスバーが嵌合される開口部が形成され、前記開口部と対向する内側面に前記突出部を収容するスライディング溝が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記バスバーは、一定の厚さの板状で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ホルダー部は、中央に前記バスバーが嵌合される開口部が形成され、前記開口部と対向する内側面に前記バスバーの周縁を収容するスライディング溝が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ホルダー部は、前記バスバーの全周縁を囲んで前記バスバーを支持することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のうちのいずれか一つに記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ホルダー部は、前記バスバーの長手方向と並んだ前記バスバーの二つの側面を囲んで前記バスバーを支持することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のうちのいずれか一つに記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記バスバーの長手方向に沿って前記ホルダー部と前記バスバーとの間に内部空間が位置し、前記絶縁ガイドは前記内部空間に位置する弾性ガイドをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記弾性ガイドは棒状で形成され、一端が前記ホルダー部に固定されて前記ホルダー部から前記バスバーに向かって斜線方向に延びることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記バスバーの長手方向に沿って前記バスバーの両側に前記内部空間が位置し、前記弾性ガイドは前記内部空間に一対で備えられることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記一対の弾性ガイドは、前記ホルダー部に固定される一端が互いに反対側に位置し、同じ斜線方向に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記絶縁ガイドは、前記バスバーが嵌合された前記電極端子に締結される複数の締め部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のうちのいずれか一つに記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電極端子はねじ加工された表面を有し、前記複数の締め部材はナットからなることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の電池モジュール。
