Description
まず、図1および図2を用いて、実施の形態における蓄電装置1の構成概要について説明する。
以上のような基本的な構成を有する実施の形態の蓄電装置1における、バスバー150および絶縁部材160の配置位置等について図3〜図6Aを用いて説明する。
図6Aは、実施の形態における絶縁部材160の構成の一例を示す断面図である。
絶縁部材160は、図6Aに示す構成以外にも様々な構成を採用し得る。例えば、絶縁部材160は、例えば樹脂層162のみで構成されていてもよい。また、例えば、含有されるセラミックとして絶縁性のセラミックが採用されたセラミック層161のみで、絶縁部材160が構成されてもよい。
その結果、当該短絡の発生がより確実に抑制される。

Claims (3)
- 複数の電池を備える蓄電装置であって、
前記複数の電池のそれぞれは、電極体を収容する容器と、前記容器から同一方向に突設され、前記電極体に電気的に接続された正極端子および負極端子とを有し、
前記蓄電装置は、
前記複数の電池のうちの第一電池の正極端子および負極端子の一方である第一端子と、前記複数の電池のうちの第二電池の正極端子および負極端子の一方であって、前記第一端子とは逆極である第二端子とを電気的に接続するバスバーと、
前記第一端子と前記第一電池の容器との間に配置された第一絶縁部材と、
前記バスバーと前記第一電池の容器との間に配置された第二絶縁部材とを備え、
前記第二絶縁部材は、前記バスバーが配置された側から前記第一電池を見た場合において、前記バスバーよりも大きく、かつ、前記バスバーの外縁が、前記第二絶縁部材の外縁の内部に存在する位置に配置されており、
前記第二絶縁部材は、樹脂を含有する樹脂層とセラミックを含有するセラミック層とが厚み方向に重ね合わされることで形成されている
蓄電装置。 - 前記第二絶縁部材は、2つの孔を有し、かつ、前記バスバーと、前記第一電池の容器および前記第二電池の容器との間に配置されており、
前記バスバーは、前記第二絶縁部材に設けられた前記2つの孔を介して、前記第一端子および前記第二端子と電気的に接続されている
請求項1記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記第二絶縁部材は、前記バスバーと隙間をあけて配置されている
請求項1または2記載の蓄電装置。
