Abstract
【解決手段】内ボス10と外ボス16とに互いに対応配置された複数の走行路18,19が設けられ、走行路内に球14がトルク伝達のために受容されており、内ボスの走行路が内ボスの軸線に向かって斜めに延び、内ボスと外ボスとの係止解除に際して内ボスの走行路が球によって少なくともその駆動側の端部にて塑性及び/又は弾性変形可能であるように構成されている。

Description
−内ボスを有し、該内ボスが内ボス軸線と外輪郭とを有し、前記外輪郭に第1の内走行溝と第2の内走行溝とが内ボス軸線を中心として交互に分配されて配置されており、前記第1の内走行溝が駆動側の端部から発して被駆動側の端部へ向かって延びかつ該第1の内走行溝の溝底が内ボス軸線から遠ざかっておりかつ前記第2の内走行溝が被駆動側の端部から発して駆動側の端部へ向かって延びかつ該第2の内走行溝の溝底が内ボス軸線から遠ざかっており、
−外ボスを有し、該外ボスが外ボス軸線と内輪郭とを有し、前記内輪郭に第1の外走行溝と第2の外走行溝とが外ボス軸線を中心として交互に分配されて配置されており、それぞれ第1の内走行溝が第2の外走行溝にかつ第2の内走行溝が第2の外走行溝に対向しかつこれらと1つの対偶を形成しており、この場合、第1の外走行溝が駆動側の端部から発して被駆動側の端部へ向かって延びかつ第1の外走行溝の溝底が外ボス軸線に近づけられておりかつ第2の外走行溝が被駆動側の端部から発し、駆動側の端部へ向かって延びかつ第2の外走行溝の溝底が外ボス軸線に近づけられており、
−円錐状の外面を備えたリング状のケージを有し、該ケージが前記内ボスと前記外ボスとの間に配置されており、走行溝対の数に応じて半径方向の窓を有し、該窓内で前記走行溝へ係合する球が案内されておりかつ前記ケージが前記外ボス内にセンタリングされて案内されており、
−前記外ボスの内面に設けられた第1の導入輪郭を有し、該第1の導入輪郭が前記第1の外走行溝の両側に配置されておりかつ前記ケージの外径に少なくともほぼ相応する直径を有する駆動側の端部から、前記外ボスの軸方向の長さの少なくとも1/2後に、第1のケージセンタリング面に移行しており、該第1のケージセンタリング面がケージ軸線に向かって傾けられて延びておりかつ前記ケージの球状に構成された接触面に相応して球状に構成されており、
−外ボスの内面に設けられた第2の導入輪郭を有し、該第2の導入輪郭が前記第2の外走行溝の両側に配置されておりかつ前記ケージの外径に少なくともほぼ相応する直径を有する被駆動側の端部から、前記外ボスの軸方向長さの少なくともほぼ1/2後に、第2のケージセンタリング面に移行しており該第2のケージセンタリング面がケージ軸線に向かって傾けられて延びておりかつ前記ケージの球状に構成された接触面に相応して球状に構成されており、
−前記ケージのセンタリングがもっぱら前記外ボス内で行なわれかつ前記外ボスに対する前記内ボスのセンタリングがもっぱら球を介して行なわれることを特徴とするドライブジョイントに関する。
Claims (2)
- 駆動側の端部と被駆動側の端部とを備えたドライブジョイントであって、
−内ボスを有し、該内ボスが内ボス軸線と外輪郭とを有し、該外輪郭に第1の内走行溝と第2の内走行溝とが内ボス軸線を中心として交互に分配されて配置されており、前記第1の内走行溝が駆動側の端部から発して被駆動側の端部へ向かう方向に延びかつ該第1の内走行溝の溝底が内ボス軸線から遠ざかっておりかつ前記第2の内走行溝が被駆動側の端部から発して駆動側の端部へ向かって延びかつ該第2の内走行溝の溝底が内ボス軸線から遠ざかっており、
−外ボスを有し、該外ボスが外ボス軸線と内輪郭とを有し、前記内輪郭に第1の外走行溝と第2の外走行溝とが外ボス軸線を中心として交互に分配されて配置されており、それぞれ第1の内走行溝が第2の外走行溝にかつ第2の内走行溝が第2の外走行溝に対向しかつこれらと1つの対偶を形成しており、この場合、第1の外走行溝が駆動側の端部から発して被駆動側の端部に向かって延びかつ第1の外走行溝の溝底が外ボス軸線に近づけられておりかつ第2の外走行溝が被駆動側の端部から発し、駆動側の端部へ向かって延びかつ第2の外走行溝の溝底が外ボス軸線に近づけられており、
−円錐状の外面を備えたリング状のケージを有し、該ケージが前記内ボスと前記外ボスとの間に配置されかつ走行溝対の数に応じて半径方向の窓を有し、該窓内で前記走行溝へ係合する球が案内されておりかつ前記ケージが前記外ボス内にセンタリングされて案内されており、
−前記外ボスの内面に設けられた第1の導入輪郭を有し、該第1の導入輪郭が前記第1の外走行溝の両側に配置されておりかつ前記ケージの外径に少なくともほぼ相応する直径を有する駆動側の端部から、前記外ボスの軸方向の長さの少なくとも1/2後に、第1のケージセンタリング面に移行しており、該第1のケージセンタリング面がケージ軸線に向かって傾けられて延びておりかつ前記ケージの球状に構成された接触面に対応して球状に構成されており、
−外ボスの内面に設けられた第2の導入輪郭を有し、該第2の導入輪郭が前記第2の外走行溝の両側に配置されておりかつ前記ケージの外径に少なくともほぼ相応する直径を有する被駆動側の端部から、前記外ボスの軸方向長さの少なくともほぼ1/2後に第2のケージセンタリング面に移行しており、該第2のケージセンタリング面がケージ軸線に向かって傾けられて延びかつ前記ケージの球状に構成された接触面に対応して構成されており、
−前記ケージのセンタリングがもっぱら前記外ボス内で行なわれかつ前記外ボスに対する前記内ボスのセンタリングがもっぱら球を介して行なわれることを特徴とするドライブジョイント。 - 自動車のドライブジョイントあって、第1の部分軸と第2の部分軸とに結合可能であり、当該ドライブジョイントがジョイント外部分と該ジョイント外部分内に同軸に配置されたジョイント内部分とを有し、球走行溝が前記ジョイント外部分の内側並びにジョイント内部分の外側に構成されており、球が前記球走行路内に配置されておりかつ互いに球ケージにより互いに間隔をおいて配置されている形式のものにおいて、ジョイント外部分の球走行路の間に半径方向内方へ向いたウェブが構成され、前記ジョイント内部分と前記ジョイント外部分とを内外嵌合移動させる軸方向力を超える軸方向力が発生した場合に前記球ケージが幾何学的にかつ機械的にほぼ無傷に保たれるように、前記ウェブが成形されかつ寸法設定されていることを特徴とするドライブジョイント。
