Abstract
Description
Claims (25)
- 田畑内の農作物に物質を散布するように構成される装置であって、
前記田畑を横切って動くように構成される供給車両と、
農作物データを取得するように構成されるセンサーと、
前記供給車両の動きを自動的に制御するように構成される供給車両制御器と、
前記農作物データに基づいて前記農作物の必要量を求めるように構成され、かつ前記農作物の前記必要量に基づいて前記供給車両の前記動きを調整するように前記供給車両制御器に動き命令を伝達するように構成される農業制御器とを備える、装置。 - 前記農業制御器および物質散布器と通信し、かつ前記物質散布器を制御するように構成される散布器制御器をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記動き命令が、前記散布器制御器から受け取る散布器データにさらに基づく、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記農業制御器が、前記農作物データを記録するように構成されるデータロガーをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記農業制御器が、前記物質の散布を最適化するように構成される物質散布器最適化エンジンをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記供給車両制御器が、全地球測位衛星受信機、ハンドル操作制御器、エンジン制御ユニット(ECU)、連結装置制御器、変速装置制御器、ブーム水平化センサー、および環境センサーのうちの少なくとも1つをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記供給車両が配置される地形の傾斜を求めるように構成される傾斜センサーをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 第2の農業制御器および第2の供給車両制御器を備える第2の供給車両をさらに備え、前記第2の農業制御器が前記農業制御器および前記第2の供給車両制御器と通信しかつ前記農作物の前記必要量に基づいて前記第2の供給車両の動きを調整するように、前記第2の供給車両制御器に動き命令を伝達するように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 田畑を横切って動くように構成される供給車両を備える、前記田畑内の農作物に対する物質のリアルタイム散布のための供給システムの動作方法であって、
前記供給車両の動きの間に農作物データを検知することと、
前記農作物データから前記農作物の必要量を求めることと、
前記農作物の前記必要量に基づいて前記供給車両の前記動きを制御することとを含む、方法。 - 前記動きの前記制御が、前記供給車両に所定の経路をたどらせるために、前記供給車両と通信する供給車両制御器に動き命令を伝達することをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記動きの前記制御が、前記供給車両の変速装置システム内のギア設定を調整することをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- ギアの前記調整が、前記供給車両の位置の傾斜に対して燃料消費量を最小限にするように前記ギアを調整することをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- ギアの前記調整が、前記供給車両の速度に対し燃料消費量を最小限にするように前記ギアを調整することをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記供給車両の前記動きの前記制御が、前記供給車両の速度を調整することをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記供給車両の前記速度調整が、前記物質の所望の散布量が現行の速度での最小限の散布量より少ないとき、速度を増加させることをさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記供給車両の前記速度調整が、前記物質の所望の散布量が現行の速度での最大限の散布量より大きいとき、速度を減少させることをさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記供給車両の前記動きの前記制御が、前記供給車両の方向を調整することをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 田畑を横切って動くように構成される供給車両を備える、前記田畑内の農作物に対する物質のリアルタイム散布のための装置であって、
前記供給車両の動きの間に農作物データを検知する手段と、
前記農作物データから前記農作物の必要量を求める手段と、
前記農作物の前記必要量に基づいて前記供給車両の前記動きを制御する手段とを備える、装置。 - 前記動きを制御するための前記手段が、前記供給車両を所定の経路に従わせるように前記供給車両と通信する供給車両制御器に動き命令を伝達するための手段をさらに備える、請求項18に記載の装置。
- 前記動きを制御する前記手段が、変速装置システム内のギア設定を調整する手段をさらに備える、請求項18に記載の装置。
- ギアを調整するための前記手段が、位置の傾斜に対して燃料消費量を最小限にするように前記ギアを調整するための手段をさらに備える、請求項20に記載の装置。
- ギアを調整するための前記手段が、速度に対して燃料消費量を最小限にするように前記ギアを調整するための手段をさらに備える、請求項20に記載の装置。
- 前記動きを制御するための前記手段が、前記供給車両の速度を調整するための手段をさらに備える、請求項18に記載の装置。
- 前記供給車両の速度を調整するための前記手段が、前記物質の所望の散布量が現行の速度での最大散布量より大きいとき、減速させるための手段をさらに備える、請求項23に記載の装置。
- 前記供給車両の速度を調整するための前記手段が、前記物質の所望の散布量が現行の速度での最小散布量より少ないとき、増速させるための手段をさらに備える、請求項23に記載の装置。
