Claims (20)
- 第1の側面と第2の側面を有し、薄い壁から成る高分子製の歯科矯正用のアライナを形成する方法であって、前記方法は、
CNCフライス盤に素材のままの高分子材料を供給し、
アライナの第1の側面を作製するためにCNCフライス盤によって素材を切削加工し、
第1の側面の少なくとも一部をCNCフライス盤上に支持し、
アライナの第2の側面を作製するためにCNCフライス盤を使って素材を切削加工する工程から成る製造方法。 - アライナの選択された領域は第1及び第2の側面間の厚みが異なる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 更に第1段階として、
コンピュータ利用設計(CAD)システムによって患者の解剖学的構造のモデルを作製し、
少なくとも患者の1本の歯に矯正力を加えるアライナを設計するためにCADモデルを操作し、
アライナの第1、第2の側面を切削するためにCNCフライス盤の操作手順一式を作成する方法から成る請求項1に記載の方法。 - 更に、CNCフライス盤上でアライナの第1の側面の少なくとも一部を支持するための支持パターンを作製する方法から成る請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1、第2の側面を有し、薄い壁から成る高分子製の歯科矯正用アライナを形成する方法であって、
コンピュータ利用設計(CAD)システム中で患者の解剖学的構造のモデルを作製し、
少なくとも患者の1本の歯に矯正力を加えるアライナを設計するためにCADモデルを操作し、
アライナの第1、第2の側面を切削するためにCNCフライス盤の操作手順一式を作成し、
CNCフライス盤上に高分子材料の素材(ブランク)を供給し、
アライナの第1の側面を作製するためにCNCフライス盤によって素材を削り、
アライナの第2の側面を作製するためにCNCフライス盤によって素材を削る工程から成る請求項1に記載の方法 - アライナの選択された領域は第1及び第2の側面の厚みが異なる請求項5に記載の方法。
- 更に、CNCフライス盤上で第2の側面を形成する際は、アライナの少なくとも第1の側面の一部を支持するステップを含む請求項5に記載の方法。
- 更に、CNCフライス盤上でアライナの少なくとも第1の側面の一部を支持する支持パターンを作製する方法から成る請求項7に記載の方法。
- アライナのCADモデルに基づいて、支持パターンを設計するステップから成る請求項8に記載の方法。
- アライナの補助器具を受け入れるために、アライナのCADモデル中に少なくとも1つの形態を設計する方法から成る請求項8に記載の方法。
- アライナの他の歯科矯正用コンポーネントを装着するためにアライナのCADモデル中に少なくとも1つの装着点(アッッタチメントポイント)を設計する方法から成る請求項5に記載の方法。
- 治療時に歯に矯正力を加えるためにアライナのCADモデル中に***(バンプ)を設計する方法から成る請求項5に記載の方法。
- アライナのCADモデル中に開口(ウインドウ)を設計する方法から成る請求項5に記載の方法。
- 第1、第2の側面を有し、薄い壁から成る高分子製の歯科矯正用アライナを形成する方法であって、
コンピュータ利用設計(CAD)システム中で患者の解剖学的構造のモデルを作製し、
少なくとも患者の1本の歯に矯正力を加えるアライナを設計するためにCADモデルを操作し、
アライナの第1、第2の側面を削り出すためにCNCフライス盤の操作手順を作成し、
更にCNCフライス盤上でCADモデルに基づいて、少なくともアライナの第1の側面の一部を支持する支持パターンを作製し、
CNCフライス盤に素材の高分子材料を供給し、
アライナの第1の側面を作製するためにCNCフライス盤によって素材を削り、
支持パターンの上で第1の側面の少なくとも1部を支持し、
アライナの第2の側面を作製するためにCNCフライス盤によって素材を削る工程から成る歯科矯正器具の製造方法。 - アライナの選択された領域は第1及び第2の側面間の厚みが異なる請求項14に記載の方法。
- 支持パターンはアライナのCADモデルに基づいて作成された一式の作業手順に従ってCNCフライス盤により作製された請求項14に記載の方法。
- アライナの補助器具を受け入れるためのアライナのCADモデルの少なくとも1つの形態を設計する方法から成る請求項14に記載の方法。
