Abstract
【解決手段】室外側ガラス板、中間膜、赤外線反射膜付きプラスチックフィルム、中間膜、室内側ガラス板の順に積層された車両用窓に用いられる断熱合わせガラスであって、(1)室外側ガラス板の日射透過率が85%以上であり、(2)室外側ガラス板と赤外線反射膜付きプラスチックフィルムとの間に用いられる中間膜の日射透過率が85%以上であり、(3)赤外線反射膜付きプラスチックフィルムの日射反射率が20%以上であり、(4)赤外線反射膜付きプラスチックフィルムと室内側ガラス板との間に用いられる中間膜の日射透過率が75%以下であり、(5)室内側ガラス板の日射透過率が75%以下であること、を特徴とする。

Description
(1)室外側ガラス板の日射透過率が85%以上であり、
(2)室外側ガラス板と赤外線反射膜付きプラスチックフィルムとの間に用いられる中間膜の日射透過率が85%以上であり、
(3)赤外線反射膜付きプラスチックフィルムの日射反射率が20%以上であり、
(4)赤外線反射膜付きプラスチックフィルムと室内側ガラス板との間に用いられる中間膜の日射透過率が75%以下であり、
(5)室内側ガラス板の日射透過率が75%以下であること、
を特徴とする断熱合わせガラスである。
前記熱線吸収ガラスは、クリアガラスにCe、Co、Ti、Fe、Se、Crなどの金属を含ませて作製される。
図1に示す構成の、平らな断熱合わせガラス1を作製した。
また、室内側ガラス板14には厚さ3mmのグリーン系の熱線吸収ガラスを用いた。このガラス板の日射透過率Teは62.7%、可視光透過率Tvは81.2%。であった。
作製した断熱合わせガラスの日射透過率は37.8%、可視光線透過率は70.1%であった。
図2に示す構成の曲面形状の断熱合わせガラス2を作製した。室外側ガラス板20には、厚さ2mmの透明なフロートガラスを用いた。このガラス板の日射透過率Teは87.8%、可視光透過率Tvは90.8%。であった。
熱線反射膜付きプラスチックフィルムに、測定温度130℃で、フィルムの幅1mあたりに10Nの引張力を負荷した状態で測定された伸び率が、MD方向で0.02%、TD方向で0.13%の、厚さ100μmのPETフィルムを用いた他は、すべて実施例2と同様にして、断熱合わせガラスを作製した。
プラスチックフィルムに厚さ100μmのPETフィルムを用い、プラスチックフィルムの両面に、アクリル系のハードコート層を厚さ5μmで積層し、さらに、ハードコート層を形成したプラスチックフィルムの片面に、実施例1と同様の熱線反射膜を形成した他は、すべて実施例2と同様にして、断熱合わせガラスを作製した。
赤外線反射膜付きプラスチックフィル12の代わりに、赤外線反射膜の形成されていないPETフィルムを用いた他は、全て実施例1と同様にして合わせガラスを作製した。
室内側ガラス板14に、室外側ガラス板10と同じ、厚さ3mmの透明なフロートガラス(日射透過率Teは85.8%、可視光透過率Tvは90.4%)を用い、室内側中間膜13に室外側中間膜11と同じ無色透明のPVBを用いた他は、全て実施例1と同様にして合わせガラスを作製した。
誘電体多層膜でなる赤外線反射膜を用いない他は、全て実施例2と同様にして、断熱合わせガラスを作製した。
曲げガラス24を曲げガラス20と同じガラス板を用いたほかは全て実施例2と同様にして、断熱合わせガラスを作製した。この合わせガラスの日射透過率は53.0%で、実施例2に比較し、日射透過率が大きく、断熱性能の劣るものであった。

Claims (7)
- 車外側ガラス板、中間膜、赤外線反射膜付きプラスチックフィルム、中間膜、車内側ガラス板の順に積層された車両用窓に用いられる断熱合わせガラスであって、
(1)車外側ガラス板の日射透過率が85%以上であり、
(2)車外側ガラス板と赤外線反射膜付きプラスチックフィルムとの間に用いられる中間膜の日射透過率が85%以上であり、
(3)赤外線反射膜付きプラスチックフィルムの日射反射率が20%以上であり、
(4)赤外線反射膜付きプラスチックフィルムと車内側ガラス板との間に用いられる中間膜の日射透過率が75%未満であり、
(5)車内側ガラス板の日射透過率が75%以下であであることを特徴断熱合わせガラス。 - 断熱合わせガラスの可視光線透過率が70%以上であることを特徴断熱合わせガラス。
- 赤外線反射膜が、高屈折率の酸化物膜と低屈折率の酸化物膜とを交互に積層してなる多層膜であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の断熱合わせガラス。
- 赤外線反射膜が、屈折率の異なる2種類のポリマー薄膜を交互に多数積層してなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の断熱合わせガラス。
- 赤外線反射膜が、金属膜であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の断熱合わせガラス
- 赤外線反射膜付きプラスチックフィルムより車内側に配置される中間膜が、赤外線の吸収材として導電性酸化物の粒子を含有してなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載の断熱合わせガラス
- 車内側ガラスが着色ガラスでなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載の断熱合わせガラス。
