Abstract
【解決手段】分光測定装置1Aは、測定対象の試料Sから発せられる被測定光を観測するための積分球20と、試料Sが覆われるように試料Sの温度を調節するための媒体Rを保持すると共に、第2容器部50bが積分球20内に臨むように位置するデュワ50と、を備えている。試料Sが覆われるように媒体Rを保持するデュワ50を用いることにより、簡便に試料Sを所望の温度に調節することができる。第2容器部50bが積分球20内に臨むように位置することにより、積分球20の外部環境からの試料Sへの影響を抑制しつつ、試料Sの温度を媒体Rにより調節することができる。したがって、効率良く試料Sを所望の温度に調節することもできる。

Description
Iem(Sample)、Iem(Reference)は、試料を試料ホルダに入れてスペクトルを測定したときに得られる発光強度、試料により吸収された後での励起光強度をそれぞれ示す。Iex(Sample)、Iex(Reference)は、リファレンスを試料ホルダに入れてスペクトルを測定したときに得られる発光強度、励起光強度をそれぞれ示す。
Claims (5)
- 測定対象の試料から発せられる被測定光を観測するための積分球と、
試料が覆われるように試料の温度を調節するための媒体を保持すると共に、少なくとも一部が前記積分球内に臨むように位置するデュワと、を備えていることを特徴とする分光測定装置。 - 前記積分球内に励起光を供給する照射光供給手段と、
前記積分球内において前記励起光が照射され、該励起光を拡散反射する拡散反射手段と、
試料を保持する部分を有すると共に、試料を保持する前記部分が前記積分球内に位置するように前記デュワの内側に配置された試料ホルダと、を更に備え、
前記積分球は、前記励起光が入射するための入射開口部を有しており、
前記試料ホルダの試料を保持する前記部分は、前記入射開口部と前記拡散反射手段との間の前記励起光の光路から外れて配置されると共に、前記拡散反射手段により拡散反射された前記励起光が照射されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分光測定装置。 - 前記拡散反射手段は、前記積分球の内面であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の分光測定装置。
- 前記デュワの前記少なくとも一部は、前記光路から外れて配置されることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の分光測定装置。
- 前記拡散反射手段は、前記試料ホルダの試料を保持する前記部分と前記入射開口部との間に配置されると共に、前記励起光を拡散反射する拡散板であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の分光測定装置。
