Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の炭素ナノチューブの合成装置の一実施形態(Aspect)は、垂直型反応チェンバと、前記垂直型反応チェンバの内部に具備されて上側から供給される触媒を攪拌させる攪拌器、および前記垂直型反応チェンバの内部を複数に上下分割し、上側から供給されるソースガスを反応チェンバ内部に均一に分散させる複数の分散板と、を含む。

Claims (10)
- 垂直型反応チェンバと、
前記垂直型反応チェンバの内部に具備されて上側から供給される触媒を攪拌させる攪拌器、および
前記垂直型反応チェンバの内部を複数に上下分割し、上側から供給されるソースガスを反応チェンバ内部に均一に分散させる複数の分散板と、を含む、炭素ナノチューブの合成装置。 - 前記複数の分散板は、各々ソースガスが貫通する複数の貫通孔と前記攪拌器の回転軸が貫通する中央を基点にして外周まで形成される触媒投下孔を含む、請求項1に記載の炭素ナノチューブの合成装置。
- 前記複数の分散板は、前記反応チェンバの内部に前記触媒投下孔の位置が互いに180度の位置を有するように交番的に設置される、請求項2に記載の炭素ナノチューブの合成装置。
- 前記複数の分散板は、前記反応チェンバの内部に前記触媒投下孔の位置が互いに90度の位置を有するように交番設置される、請求項2に記載の炭素ナノチューブの合成装置。
- 前記複数の分散板は、各々一定の角度を有する複数の触媒投下孔を含む、請求項2に記載の炭素ナノチューブの合成装置。
- 垂直型反応チェンバの上側から反応チェンバの内部に触媒を連続的に供給する触媒供給部、および
前記垂直型反応チェンバ内部の上部から反応チェンバの内部に前記ソースガスを供給するガス供給部をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の炭素ナノチューブの合成装置。 - 前記触媒供給部は、前記垂直型反応チェンバの上側に予め設定された定量だけの触媒が連続的に供給されるようにする定量供給手段を含む、請求項6に記載の炭素ナノチューブの合成装置。
- 前記ガス供給部は、前記垂直型反応チェンバの上側に予め設定された定量だけ、ソースガスが連続的に噴射されるようにするガス供給手段を含む、請求項6に記載の炭素ナノチューブの合成装置。
- 前記垂直型反応チェンバの外部に具備されて前記反応チェンバを加熱させる加熱部、および
前記垂直型反応チェンバ内部の下部に具備されて生成された炭素ナノチューブを回収する回収部と、をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の炭素ナノチューブの合成装置。 - 前記複数の分散板は、前記反応チェンバの内部を通過して分散板の内部と連通するように提供される冷却水の流入管と冷却水流出管に流入または流出される冷却水によって冷却される、請求項1に記載の炭素ナノチューブの合成装置。
