Abstract

Description
着色料はまた顔料を含むことができる。
他の型のインク・ビヒクルは、nパラフィン炭化水素、分岐パラフィン炭化水素、及び/又はナフテン炭化水素とすることができる。
適切な分散剤の他の例は、特許文献6に開示されているようなポリアルキレンスクシンイミド分散剤である。
一つの特定の実施形態において、インク・キャリアは、110℃未満、又は100℃未満の融点を有することができる。
顔料もまた、相変化インク用の適切な着色料である。
特許文献9乃至特許文献22に開示されている着色料もまた適している。
本発明の対象のインクに関しては、透き通しは実質的に低減することができ、その結果、印刷画像は、光学密度単位で0.07に等しいか又はそれ以下、0.06に等しいか又はそれ以下、0.05に等しいか又はそれ以下、或いは、0.04に等しいか又はそれ以下になる。
Claims (4)
- インク・キャリアであって、
疎水基で表面修飾されたシリカ・ナノ粒子、又は疎水基で表面修飾された金属酸化物ナノ粒子のうちの少なくとも1つの分散であって、その内部で離散的に分布した前記ナノ粒子の実質的に均一な分布を示す分散を含み、
前記インク・キャリアはその内部に分布した前記ナノ粒子の実質的な凝集に対する抵抗性を有する、
ことを特徴とするインク・キャリア。 - 着色料及び請求項1に記載のインク・キャリアを含むことを特徴とする、相変化インク。
- 前記疎水基はアルキル基、アリールアルキル基又はアルキルアリール基であり、
或いは、
前記疎水基は、少なくとも1つのヘテロ原子を有するアルキル基、アリールアルキル基又はアルキルアリール基である、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のインク・キャリア。 - 前記疎水基はポリジメチルシロキサン又はヘキサジメチルシランであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のインク・キャリア。
