Claims (10)
- 捲縮された合成糸を製造するための方法であって、粘性のポリマ溶融物が多数のフィラメントに押出され、フィラメントが冷却区間の内部での硬化のあとで1つのフィラメント束に纏められ、紡糸速度で引出され、フィラメント束が処理速度に加速され、次いで仮撚りテクスチャード加工によって捲縮され、捲縮された糸をボビンに巻上げる方式のものにおいて、フィラメントを引出す場合の紡糸速度とフィラメントをドラフトするための処理速度とを、フィラメントが仮撚りテクスチャード加工前に20%から80%までの間の領域における残留膨張を有するように互いに調節されていることを特徴とする、捲縮された合成糸を製造する方法。
- フィラメント束の処理速度が600m/minと1500m/minとの間の領域で選択されている、請求項1記載の方法。
- フィラメント束の紡糸速度が150m/minと400m/minとの間の領域で選択され、この場合、フィラメントが押出し後、500mmと2000mmとの間の距離区間内で冷却されかつフィラメント束に纏められる、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- PPをベースとしたポリマ溶融物が押出しに際して10と50との間の値領域の溶融インデックス(MFI)を有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- PETをベースとしたポリマ溶融物が押出しに際して220Pa.sの上側の粘性を有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- PAをベースとしたポリマ溶融物が押出しに際し60Pa.sの上側の粘性を有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 仮撚りテクスチャード加工のためにフィラメント束が摩擦装置の複数の摩擦円板によって与えられた仮撚りを得え、その際、摩擦円板の周速度がファクタ1.6から2.4、フィラメント束の処理速度よりも大きい、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 仮撚りを固定するためにフィラメント束をガラス温度の上側の温度に加熱し、次いで<80℃の温度に冷却する、請求項7記載の方法。
- 捲縮された糸が巻上げ前に後処理を受ける、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 溶融物をフィラメントの押出し前に着色する、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
