Claims (26)
- 食用脂肪源を約10%から約90%、および食物繊維を約10%から約20%含む、食用接着コーティング。
- 食用脂肪源を約15%から約30%、および食物繊維を約10%から約15%含む、請求項1に記載の食用接着コーティング。
- 乳化剤を約1%から約5%さらに含む、請求項1に記載の食用接着コーティング。
- 前記乳化剤がレシチンである、請求項3に記載の食用接着コーティング。
- 前記食物繊維がポリデキストロースである、請求項1に記載の食用接着コーティング。
- 前記食用脂肪源がコンパウンドコーティングである、請求項1に記載の食用接着コーティング。
- 前記食用脂肪源がチョコレートコーティングである、請求項1に記載の食用接着コーティング。
- 改善された接着特性を有する食物片上の食用コーティングを作製する方法であって、
a.最初に、食用脂肪源と吸湿性粉末とをブレンドしてコーティングブレンドを得る工程と、
b.次いで、前記コーティングブレンドを前記食物片に付着させる工程と
を含む方法。 - 工程bを行う前に乳化剤を工程aのコーティングブレンドに混合する工程をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記乳化剤がレシチンである、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記食用脂肪源がコンパウンドコーティングである、請求項8に記載の方法。

- a.食用脂肪源を約10%から約90%、および食物繊維を約10%から約20%含む食用接着コーティングを提供する工程と、
b.食物片を提供する工程と、
c.工程aの食用接着コーティングで前記食物片を少なくとも部分的にコーティングして、少なくとも部分的にコーティングされた食物片を製造する工程と
を含む、多成分食品を製造する方法。 - 前記食物片が中心部である、請求項15に記載の多成分食品を製造する方法。
- 前記少なくとも部分的にコーティングされた食物片に粒子成分を付け足す工程をさらに含む、請求項15に記載の多成分食品を製造する方法。
- 前記粒子成分がグラノーラである、請求項17に記載の多成分食品を製造する方法。
- 前記粒子成分と少なくとも部分的にコーティングされた前記食物片とを混合して、少なくとも部分的にコーティングされ、かつ、覆われた食物片を製造する工程をさらに含む、請求項18に記載の多成分食品を製造する方法。
- 少なくとも部分的にコーティングされ、かつ、覆われた前記食物片を冷却する工程をさらに含む、請求項19に記載の多成分食品を製造する方法。
- a.複数の少なくとも部分的にコーティングされた前記食物片を得る工程と、
b.前記少なくとも部分的にコーティングされた食物片を凝塊させる工程と
