Abstract
Description
下記表1に示す配合(重量%)に従って、実施例及び比較例の処方液を混合撹拌し、スラリーを得た後、このスラリーと同じ容積の直径2.0mmのガラスビーズを混合攪拌し、これをアイメックス(株)製サンドグラインダーに充填し、2時間粉砕処理した。粉砕処理後100メッシュのろ布によりガラスビーズと分散体とを分離した。
上記実施例及び比較例の分散直後の難燃加工剤を用いて、レギュラーポリエステル/カチオン可染ポリエステル混素材(CD混率50%)に対し染色同浴法により難燃加工を施した。

難燃加工した織物について、加工上りのものと、これを下記条件で水洗濯又はドライクリーニングしたものについて、JIS L 1091 A−1法(45°ミクロバーナー法)及びJIS L 1091 D法(45°コイル法)にて難燃性を測定した。45°ミクロバーナー法では、1分加熱後及び着炎3秒後ともに、残炎が3秒以下で、残塵が5秒以下であり、かつ炭化面積が30cm2以下のものを「○」とし、それ以外を「×」とした。45°コイル法においては接炎回数が3回以上であるものを「○」とし、2回以下であるものを「×」とした。なお、比較のために、未処理の織物についても難燃性を測定した。
表3に示した界面活性剤と水溶性高分子とを含む配合を用いた以外は上記実施例及び比較例と同様にして難燃加工剤を調製し、その分散状態を評価した。結果を表3に示す。分散状態の評価は、微分散化後、7日間室温にて放置後の分散体が沈殿や二相分離していないものを「◎」、二相分離しているが再分散可能なものを「○」、二相分離しており再分散不可能であったものを「×」とした。
表6に示した配合を用いた以外は上記実施例と同様にして難燃加工剤を調製し、収着量を調べ、難燃性及び風合を評価した。結果を表7に示す。
供試布をレギュラーポリエステル/カチオン可染ポリエステル/再生ポリエステル混素材(50/30/20)とし、表8に示した配合を用いた以外は上記実施例と同様にして、難燃加工剤を調製し、難燃加工を行って、難燃加工剤の収着量と難燃性を評価した。結果を表9に示す。
表10に示す配合(重量%)に従って、上記実施例及び比較例と同様にして各難燃加工剤を調製し、レギュラーポリエステル/カチオン可染ポリエステル混素材(CD混率50%)に対し難燃加工を行った。
表11に示した難燃加工剤を用いて、ポリエステル系繊維織物(レギュラーポリエステル100%織物トロピカル)に対し、パッド・ドライ・サーモキュア法により難燃加工を施した。
下記表12に示すコーティングの処方にて、固形物換算の塗布量が70g/m2(Dry)となるように、ポリエステル系繊維織物(レギュラーポリエステル100%織物)に塗布した。この後、150℃での90秒間の加熱により、乾燥と難燃剤化合物の収着とを行わせ、難燃性を評価した。結果を表12に示す。
◎:自消性、火源消化後すぐに炎が消える
○:自消性、火源消化後も残炎あるが、測定開始点以内で消火する
××:可燃性(全焼)
Claims (4)
- 請求項1又は2に記載の難燃加工剤を、高温吸尽法による処理により、または、浸漬またはコーティングによりポリエステル系繊維またはこれよりなる繊維製品に付与した後、80℃以上の熱処理を施すことを特徴とするポリエステル系繊維の難燃加工方法。
- キャリヤー成分を併用する事を特徴とする、請求項3に記載のポリエステル系繊維の難燃加工方法。
