Abstract
【解決手段】100〜150℃の温度域に融点を持つ機能加工用有機化合物(例えば、難燃剤や紫外線吸収剤など)が水中に分散されてなる処理液に、25℃での10質量%水溶液粘度が10〜5000mPa・sである水溶性高分子からなる上被り制御剤を含ませておき、該処理液を繊維に対して浸漬により付与し、100〜200℃の熱処理を施した後、30〜100℃の水若しくは水溶液への浸漬処理を行う。

Description
下記の水溶性高分子10gに水90gを添加し、10質量%水溶液になるよう溶解し、上被り制御剤1〜7を得た。
・上被り制御剤2:カルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウム(CMC、第一工業製薬(株)製「セロゲン7A」、10質量%水溶液粘度(25℃)=2300mPa・s)
・上被り制御剤3:カルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウム(CMC、第一工業製薬(株)製「セロゲンWS−A」、10質量%水溶液粘度(25℃)=13000mPa・s)
・上被り制御剤4:メチルセルロース(MC、信越化学(株)製「メトローズSM−4」、10質量%水溶液粘度(25℃)=174mPa・s)
・上被り制御剤5:ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース(HPMC、信越化学(株)製「メトローズ60SH−06」、10質量%水溶液粘度(25℃)=370mPa・s)
・上被り制御剤6:ポリビニルアルコール(PVA、クラレ(株)製「PVA105」、10質量%水溶液粘度(25℃)=45mPa・s)
・上被り制御剤7:ポリエチレングリコール(PEG、第一工業製薬(株)製「PEG10000」、10質量%水溶液粘度(25℃)=4mPa・s)。
・上被り制御剤9:分子内にスルホン酸基の金属塩を含有する水溶性ポリエステル(互応化学工業(株)製「プラスコートFR−600」、固形分:10質量%、10質量%水溶液粘度(25℃)=233mPa・s)
オートクレーブに、スチレン化フェノール(三光(株)製:TSP)415g、水酸化カリウム1gを仕込み、均一に混合した。その後、反応系の温度を130℃まで昇温させた。次いで、反応系の温度を130℃に保ったまま、エチレンオキシド660gを4時間かけて反応系に滴下した。エチレンオキシドの滴下終了後、130℃にて1時間熟成させて、スチレン化フェノール15EO付加物1054g(収率98質量%)を得た。
・耐光剤水分散体1:
耐光剤としての2−(2−ヒドロキシ−3,5−ビス(メチルベンジル)フェノール)ベンゾトリアゾール(BASF社製:TINUVIN 234、融点:130℃)160gに対し、上記で得られたスチレン化フェノール15EO付加物硫酸エステルアンモニウム塩12g、水148gを仕込み処方液を混合撹拌し、スラリーを得た。このスラリーと同じ容積の直径1.0mmのガラスビーズを混合攪拌し、これをバッチ式ビーズミル(アイメックス(株)製:レディミル)に充填し、2時間粉砕処理したのち、カルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウム(CMC、第一工業製薬(株)製:セロゲンBS)1質量%水溶液80gにて粘度調整を行った。その後、100メッシュのろ布によりガラスビーズと分散体とを分離し分散状態が良好な機能加工用有機化合物(耐光剤)の水分散体1を得た。
難燃剤としてのトリス(2,3−ジブロモプロピル)イソシアヌレート(日本化成(株)製:TAIC−6B、融点110℃)160gに対し、上記で得られたスチレン化フェノール15EO付加物硫酸エステルアンモニウム塩12g、水148gを仕込み処方液を混合撹拌し、スラリーを得た。このスラリーと同じ容積の直径1.0mmのガラスビーズを混合攪拌し、これをバッチ式ビーズミル(アイメックス(株)製:レディミル)に充填し、2時間粉砕処理したのち、カルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウム(CMC、第一工業製薬(株)製:セロゲンBS)1質量%水溶液80gにて粘度調整を行い。その後、100メッシュのろ布によりガラスビーズと分散体とを分離し分散状態が良好な機能加工用有機化合物(難燃剤)の水分散体2を得た。
難燃剤としてのトリス(2,3−ジブロモプロピル)イソシアヌレート(日本化成(株)製:TAIC−6B、融点110℃)160gに対し、上記で得られたスチレン化フェノール15EO付加物硫酸エステルアンモニウム塩12g、水148gを仕込み処方液を混合撹拌し、スラリーを得た。このスラリーと同じ容積の直径1.0mmのガラスビーズを混合攪拌し、これをバッチ式ビーズミル(アイメックス(株)製:レディミル)に充填し、2時間粉砕処理したのち、上被り制御剤としての水溶性ポリエステル(互応化学工業(株)製「プラスコートFR−550」、固形分:20質量%、10質量%水溶液粘度(25℃)=38mPa・s)80gを添加し、その後、100メッシュのろ布によりガラスビーズと分散体とを分離し分散状態が良好な機能加工用有機化合物(難燃剤)の水分散体3を得た。この水分散体3は、上被り制御剤としての水溶性高分子を固形分換算で、難燃剤に対して10質量%含有するものである。
上記で調製した機能加工用有機化合物の水分散体1〜3、及び上被り制御剤1〜9を用いて、ポリエステル系繊維織物(レギュラーポリエステル100%織物トロピカル:黒色)に対し、パッド・ドライ・サーモキュア法により繊維加工を施した。
上被り(繊維間の収束状態)の評価は、SEM(走査型電子顕微鏡)を使用して、写真観察を行い、ブランクを対照として相対比較を行い、対照とほぼ同じ場合を「◎」、対照より若干上被りがある場合を「○」、対照より明らかに上被りがある場合を「×」とした。
白化性の評価は、JIS L1096摩擦強さB法(スコット形法)に準じて、生地が100回往復した後の状態を観察し、ブランクを対照として比較を行い、対照とほぼ同じ場合を「◎」、対照より若干白い場合を「○」、対照より明らかに白い場合を「×」とした。
耐光堅牢性の評価は、JIS L7751(紫外線カーボンアーク灯光に対する染色堅ろう度試験方法)に準じ、ブラックパネル温度63℃×24時間照射後に、JIS L0804(変退色用グレースケール)にて評価した。
難燃加工した織物について、加工上りのものと、これを下記条件で水洗濯又はドライクリーニングしたものについて、JIS L 1091 A−1法(45°ミクロバーナー法)及びJIS L 1091 D法(45°コイル法)にて難燃性を測定した。45°ミクロバーナー法で1分加熱後及び着炎3秒後ともに、残炎が3秒以下で、残塵が5秒以下であり、かつ炭化面積が30cm2以下であり、更に45°コイル法において接炎回数が3回以上であるものを合格とし、加工上がり、水洗濯、ドライクリーニングしたもの全てについて合格するものを「○」とし、それ以外を「×」とした。
Claims (3)
- 100〜150℃の温度域に融点を持つ機能加工用有機化合物を含有する水分散体を繊維に加工する際に使用する上被り制御剤であって、25℃での10質量%水溶液粘度が10〜5000mPa・sである水溶性高分子を含有することを特徴とする上被り制御剤。
- 前記水溶性高分子が、カルボキシメチルセルロース塩、水溶性ポリエステル、ポリビニルアルコール、メチルセルロース、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、ヒドロキシエチルメチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース及びヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロースからなる群から選択された少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の上被り制御剤。
- 100〜150℃の温度域に融点を持つ機能加工用有機化合物が水中に分散されてなる処理液に、請求項1又は2記載の上被り制御剤を含ませておき、該処理液を繊維に対して浸漬により付与し、100〜200℃の熱処理を施した後、30〜100℃の水若しくは水溶液への浸漬処理を行うことを特徴とする繊維の加工方法。
