Abstract
【解決手段】 血管に穿刺可能な穿刺針20を先端に有する穿刺針部2と、該穿刺針部2をカバーするシース3と、前記穿刺針部2の内ルーメンに挿脱可能であり、先端部に膨張可能とされて血流を遮断可能なバルーン5を有するバルーンカテーテル4を備える構成の血流遮断カテーテル1とした。

Description
上記の構成を有する請求項1に係る発明によれば、血管に穿刺針を穿刺するだけで、バルーンカテーテルを血管内に挿入可能となり、血管を大きく切開する必要がない。また、血管内で容易にバルーンを膨張可能となるので、手術手技の簡略化と低侵襲化を図ることができる。
請求項2に係る発明は、前記バルーンを複数とし、各バルーンをそれぞれ個別に膨張可能としたことを特徴としている。
上記の構成を有する請求項2に係る発明によれば、例えば、二段階に膨張したバルーンを設けることで、一方が破裂しても残る他方のバルーンで血流を遮断することができ、安全な血流遮断カテーテルとなる。
請求項3に係る発明は、前記穿刺針部の内ルーメンに挿脱可能であると共に、前記穿刺針の先端形状に合致した角度のカット面を有する内芯を備えていることを特徴としている。
上記の構成を有する請求項3に係る発明によれば、太い穿刺針であっても、この内芯を装着した状態で穿刺針を血管に穿刺することで、血管に孔を空けずに穿刺針を挿脱することができる。
請求項4に係る発明は、前記穿刺針部の基端部、前記シースの基端部のそれぞれに、血液のリークを防止する逆止弁を設けていることを特徴としている。
上記の構成を有する請求項4に係る発明によれば、穿刺針を血管に穿刺しても、血液が外部に漏れない血流遮断カテーテルとなる。

Claims (4)
- 血管に穿刺可能な穿刺針を先端に有する穿刺針部と、該穿刺針部をカバーするシースとを備え、さらに、前記穿刺針部の内ルーメンに挿脱可能であり、先端部に血流を遮断可能なバルーンを有するバルーンカテーテルを備えていることを特徴とする血流遮断カテーテル。
- 前記バルーンを複数とし、各バルーンをそれぞれ個別に膨張可能としたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の血流遮断カテーテル。
- 前記穿刺針部の内ルーメンに挿脱可能であると共に、前記穿刺針の先端形状に合致した角度のカット面を有する内芯を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の血流遮断カテーテル。
- 前記穿刺針部の基端部、前記シースの基端部のそれぞれに、血液のリークを防止する逆止弁を設けていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の血流遮断カテーテル。
