Claims (17)
少なくとも下記(a)工程1ないし(c)工程3を含むことを特徴とする、微粒子分散液の製造方法。
(a)工程1
少なくとも1種の金属イオンと、微粒子の分散性を向上する高分子分散剤(D)とが溶解している水溶液中で電解還元又は還元剤を使用した無電解還元により該金属イオンを還元して、金属、合金、及び金属化合物の1種又は2種以上からなる一次粒子の平均粒径が1〜150nmである微粒子(Pc)が高分子分散剤(D)に覆われて分散している微粒子分散水溶液を形成する工程、
(b)工程2
工程1で得られた微粒子(Pc)が分散している水溶液中に、凝集促進剤(F)を添加して撹拌し、該微粒子を凝集又は沈殿させた後、
(i)該凝集もしくは沈殿した微粒子を分離すると共に洗浄溶剤(W)で洗浄して回収し、又は(ii)該凝集もしくは沈殿した微粒子を分離・回収後に洗浄溶剤(W)で洗浄して、少なくとも微粒子(P)表面を覆っている高分子分散剤(D)と微粒子(P)との重量比(D/P)が0.001未満になるまで、高分子分散剤(D)が除去された金属、合金、及び金属化合物の1種又は2種以上からなる微粒子(P)を得る工程
(c)工程3
工程2で得られた微粒子(P)を、
(i)少なくとも、アミド基を有する有機溶媒(A)5〜90体積%、常圧における沸点が20〜100℃である低沸点の有機溶媒(B)5〜45体積%、並びに常圧における沸点が100℃を超え、かつ分子中に1又は2以上の水酸基を有するアルコール及び/もしくは多価アルコールからなる有機溶媒(C)5〜90体積%含む有機溶媒(S1)
(ii)少なくとも、アミド基を有する有機溶媒(A)5〜95体積%、及び常圧における沸点が100℃を超え、かつ分子中に1又は2以上の水酸基を有するアルコール及び/もしくは多価アルコールからなる有機溶媒(C)5〜95体積%含む有機溶媒(S2)、
又は、(iii)常圧における沸点が100℃を超え、かつ分子中に1又は2以上の水酸基を有するアルコール及び/もしくは多価アルコールからなる有機溶媒(C)、
