Claims (10)
- 入口開口(20a)と出口開口(20b)との間で圧縮空気を導くための内部の流れダクト(16)を有する少なくとも1つのチューブ状部分(5)を含み、また、圧縮空気よりも低温の媒体がチューブ状部分(5)の外面(14)と接触して流されて、チューブ状部分(5)内の圧縮空気が流れダクト(16)を通して流れるときに冷却されるようになされる過給空気冷却器であって、過給空気冷却器が流れダクト(16)の入口開口(20a)または出口開口(20b)に接近させて配置された可動の制御要素(11a,11b)を含み、可動の制御要素(11a,11b)がさまざまな位置に位置されたときに、流れダクト(16)を通る圧縮空気の流量を可変とする制御手段(21)を制御要素(11a,11b)が含んでいることを特徴とする過給空気冷却器。
- 制御要素(11a,11b)が、流れダクト(16)を通して最大流量の圧縮空気が導かれる第1の限界位置と、流れダクト(16)を通して最小流量の圧縮空気が導かれる第2の限界位置との間の可変位置に無段階的に設定できることを特徴とする請求項1に記載された過給空気冷却器。
- 制御要素(11a,11b)が、内部を通る少なくとも1つの穴(21)の形態をした制御手段を有し、制御手段がチューブ状部分(5)の入口開口(20a)または出口開口(20b)に接近した位置に配置されるようになされた本体を含み、穴(21)と入口開口(20a)または出口開口(20b)とが一緒になって圧縮空気のための通路(22a,22b)を形成し、通路(22a,22b)は制御要素(11a,11b)の位置に関係した流量制限横断面積を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載された過給空気冷却器。
- チューブ状部分(5)で冷却される前または後の圧縮空気を受入れるタンク(2,4)を含み、制御要素(11a,11b)が前記タンク(2,4)内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか一項に記載された過空気冷却器。
- 制御要素(11a,11b)がプラットフォーム状の形状をしており、2方向に直線的に移動できるように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか一項に記載された過給空気冷却器。
- 所望位置へ制御要素(11a,11b)を移動させるアクチュエータ(12a,12b)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか一項に記載された過給空気冷却器。
- アクチュエータ(12a,12b)が制御要素(11a,11b)を所望位置へ移動させるように、アクチュエータ(12a,12b)の作動を制御する制御ユニット(10)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか一項に記載された過給空気冷却器。
- 平行に配列され、それぞれが圧縮空気を入口開口(20a)と出口開口(20b)との間で導くようになされた複数のチューブ状部分(5)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7までのいずれか一項に記載された過給空気冷却器。
- 制御要素(11a,11b)が、内部を通る複数の穴(21)を備えて、それらの穴がチューブ状部分(5)の入口開口(20a)または出口開口(20b)に接近した位置に配置されるようになされる本体を含み、流量制限横断面積を有する少なくとも1つの通路(22a,22b)が各々のチューブ状部分(5)に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項3および請求項8に記載された過給空気冷却器。
- チューブ状部分(5)と並列に延在するバイパス・ライン(8)と、バイパス・ライン(8)を経てチューブ状部分(5)をバイパスして導かれる圧縮空気の可変流量を設定することのできるバルブ(9)とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9までのいずれか一項に記載された過給空気冷却器。
