Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a heat exchanger, for example, an oil warmer that heats ATF by exchanging heat between engine oil, working oil (ATF) for automatic transmission, and engine coolant.
。 2. Description of the Related Art As an oil cooler for exchanging heat between automobile engine oil and engine cooling water, a structure in which a heat exchange core in which a plurality of plates are stacked inside a casing is housed is known. The space formed by the plurality of these stacked plates forms an oil passage through which oil passes, while the space formed by the space outside the oil passage and the casing is a cooling water passage. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).
In such a heat exchanger, in order to improve heat exchange capability, it is required to secure the area of the heat radiating surface. Therefore, means for increasing the number of oil passages in the heat exchanger and increasing the number of laminated plates can be considered.
However, when the number of laminated plates is increased, the so-called all-pass type, that is, the type in which the direction A of oil flow along the plate is only one direction as shown in FIG. As a result, the flow rate of the oil becomes small, and the amount of heat exchange cannot be increased so much even if the number of stacking stages of the
On the other hand, in the so-called turn type, that is, the type in which the direction of oil flow along the plate is changed for every fixed number of laminated stages, the oil passage cross-sectional area is not increased even if the number of laminated
Thus, in the conventional heat exchanger, there existed a problem that heat dissipation capability and simplification of a structure were not compatible.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a heat exchanger that achieves both heat dissipation capability and simplified structure.
According to the heat exchanger according to
Thereby, the flow path between the inflow side opening (111, 121, 131) and the outflow side opening (112, 122, 132) is meandered by the partition walls (124, 125) provided inside the tube plate. Thus, the heat dissipation capability can be improved while maintaining a high fluid flow rate. On the other hand, since the core unit (100) can be composed of only three types of plates (110, 120, 130), both heat dissipation capability and simplification of the structure can be achieved.
Moreover, according to the heat exchanger which concerns on
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a side sectional view of an oil warmer according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a plan sectional view of the oil warmer according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, an oil warmer according to an embodiment of the present invention is mounted on a wall of a transmission block, for example, and includes a first fluid, engine cooling water (hereinafter abbreviated as cooling water), The oil is heated by exchanging heat with fluid, engine oil and hydraulic oil for automatic transmission (ATF, hereinafter abbreviated as oil).

The principle of the present invention can be applied not only to the ATF warmer described in this specification but also to other stacked heat exchangers.
