However, in the core part structure of the conventional oil cooler, as shown in the schematic view of the oil chamber in FIG. 13, the

In addition, each constituent member of the core part structure of the oil cooler A is all made of aluminum, and a clad layer (brazing sheet) made of a brazing material is provided on at least one side of the joint part of each constituent member, These are preliminarily assembled and transported to a heating furnace (not shown) and heat-treated, whereby the joint portions of the constituent members are brazed and fixed to be integrally formed.
Next, the operation will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the oil cooler A configured in this way is formed at the tip of the
Then, as shown in FIG. 10, the cooling water (shown by arrows in the figure) flowing into the cooling
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 11, hot oil (shown by an arrow in the figure) flowing into the
Next, the low-temperature oil in the
In some cases, oil or cooling water is used by flowing in a direction opposite to the aforementioned direction.
Here, in the conventional invention, since the pillar portion of the inner fin is arranged substantially in parallel with the straight line connecting the pair of oil passages, most of the oil flowing into the oil chamber is a pair of oil passages. There is a problem in that the oil flows in a straight line, the oil flow distribution becomes non-uniform, and the heat dissipation performance decreases.
On the other hand, in the first embodiment, the
Therefore, the oil can be spread and distributed throughout the
In addition, in FIG. 12, although the oil flows in the
Next, the effect will be described.
As described above, in the core part structure of the oil cooler A according to the first embodiment, the pair of
Although the present embodiment has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and design changes and the like within the scope not departing from the gist of the present invention are included in the present invention.
For example, in the first embodiment, the
