Description
The present invention relates to a heat exchanger used for heating / cooling, for example, hydraulic oil of an automatic transmission of an automobile (hereinafter simply referred to as an automatic transmission) and lubricating oil of an internal combustion engine.
Conventionally, as a heat exchanger for heating and cooling hydraulic oil for automatic transmissions and lubricating oil for internal combustion engines, a plurality of plates are stacked, and oil flow paths and cooling water flow paths are alternately arranged between the plates. There is known a water-cooled laminated heat exchanger (for example, Patent Document 1) that performs heat exchange between oil and cooling water in the plate laminated portion.
In the heat exchanger of Patent Document 1, a pair of oil passage pipes, a cooling water introduction pipe, and a cooling water discharge pipe that protrude upward are connected to the top of the plate stacking section (core section). The cooling water introduction pipe and the cooling water discharge pipe communicate with the cooling water flow path, and the pair of oil passage pipes communicate with the oil flow path. For this reason, the hot oil flowing in from one oil passage pipe is heated and cooled by exchanging heat with the cooling water in the plate stacking portion, and flows out from the other oil passage.
On the other hand, the heat exchanger of patent document 2 is also known as a water-cooled laminated heat exchanger. In the heat exchanger of Patent Document 2, a plate lamination part (heat exchanger core part) in which a plurality of plates are laminated to form an oil flow path between the plates is surrounded by a casing, and a space around the plate lamination part is cooled. It is a water channel. In addition, a pair of oil passage pipes communicating with the oil flow path is provided at the bottom of the plate stacking section, and a cooling water introduction pipe and a cooling water discharge pipe communicating with the cooling water flow path are connected to the outer periphery of the casing. For this reason, the high-temperature oil that has flowed in from one oil passage pipe is cooled through heat exchange with the cooling water in the plate stack portion, and then flows out from the other oil passage pipe.
However, in the heat exchanger of Patent Document 1, since the oil passage pipe, the cooling water introduction pipe, and the cooling water discharge pipe protrude upward from the top of the plate laminated portion, in order to be mounted on the vehicle, the height direction Requires a lot of space.
On the other hand, in the case of the heat exchanger of Patent Document 2, since the cooling water introduction pipe and the cooling water discharge pipe are connected to the side surface of the thick casing, the protruding height of the cooling water introduction pipe and the cooling water discharge pipe is reduced. It can be suppressed. However, since the thick casing is used, the product cost is increased.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a heat exchanger in which the mounting height to a vehicle is improved by reducing the protruding height of the connection pipe while suppressing an increase in cost.
The heat exchanger according to claim 1 is formed by laminating a plurality of plates, and a first fluid channel through which the first fluid flows and a second fluid channel through which the second fluid flows are alternately configured between the plates. A first fluid circulation portion that is fixed to the bottom surface of the laminated portion, and that is extended to the outside of the outer periphery of the laminated portion, and that communicates with the first fluid flow path. A circulation part constituting member having a second fluid circulation part communicating with the fluid flow path is connected to an introduction pipe formed on the upper surface of the overhang part and introducing the first fluid into the first fluid circulation part. A first fluid introduction port, a first fluid outlet port formed on an upper surface of the overhang portion and connected to an outlet pipe for extracting the first fluid from the first fluid circulation portion; and A second fluid introduction port formed on the lower surface for introducing the second fluid into the second fluid circulation portion; Wherein formed on the lower surface of the flow section components, the second fluid outlet for deriving the second fluid from the second fluid circulation portion, have a, in the first fluid circulation portion, said first fluid inlet A first fluid bypass passage is formed to communicate the opening and the first fluid outlet, and the second fluid circulation part is connected to the second fluid inlet and the second fluid outlet, A second fluid bypass channel adjacent to the first fluid bypass channel is formed.
In the heat exchanger according to claim 1, the first fluid introduced from the introduction pipe flows through the first fluid flow path through the first fluid circulation section, and is led out from the first fluid circulation section through the outlet pipe. . On the other hand, the second fluid introduced from the second fluid introduction port flows through the second fluid flow path through the second fluid circulation part, and is led out from the second fluid circulation part through the second fluid outlet.
Here, since the first fluid flow path and the second fluid flow path are alternately formed with a plate interposed therebetween, the first fluid flowing through the first fluid flow path and the second fluid flowing through the second fluid flow path are arranged. Heat exchange with the other.
On the other hand, in the heat exchanger, since the introduction pipe and the outlet pipe are respectively connected to the first fluid inlet and the first fluid outlet formed on the upper surface of the overhang portion, for example, on the upper surface of the stacked portion. Compared to the case where the first fluid supply port and the first fluid discharge port are formed and the introduction pipe and the discharge pipe are connected to each other, the protruding height of the introduction pipe and the discharge pipe can be reduced. Thereby, the mounting property to a vehicle improves.
Further, since the introduction pipe and the outlet pipe are respectively connected to the first fluid inlet and the first fluid outlet formed on the upper surface of the overhanging portion, for example, as in the prior art, the laminated portion is made of a casing. Since it is not necessary to enclose, an increase in cost can be suppressed.
In the heat exchanger according to claim 1 , since the first fluid bypass channel and the second fluid bypass channel are adjacent to each other, the first fluid and the second fluid bypass channel that flow through the first fluid bypass channel are arranged. Heat exchange is also performed with the flowing second fluid. Thereby, the heat exchange efficiency of the 1st fluid and the 2nd fluid improves.
The heat exchanger according to claim 2 is formed by laminating a plurality of plates, and a first fluid channel through which the first fluid flows and a second fluid channel through which the second fluid flows are alternately configured between the plates. A first fluid introduction port, a first fluid outlet port formed on an upper surface of the overhang portion and connected to an outlet pipe for extracting the first fluid from the first fluid circulation portion; and A second fluid introduction port formed on the lower surface for introducing the second fluid into the second fluid circulation portion; Formed on the lower surface of the flow section components, the second fluid outlet for deriving the second fluid from the second fluid circulation portion, has the distribution unit constituent members, the convex portion in a central portion formed A lower plate in which the second fluid introduction port and the second fluid outlet port are formed on both sides of the projection, and the first fluid circulation portion sandwiching the projection when stacked on the lower plate. A pair of recesses are formed to partition the first fluid inlet port side and the first fluid outlet port side, and a channel port communicating with the second fluid inlet port and the second fluid outlet port is formed in the recess portion. And an upper plate formed respectively.
In the heat exchanger according to claim 2, the first fluid introduced from the introduction pipe flows through the first fluid flow path through the first fluid circulation section, and is led out from the first fluid circulation section through the outlet pipe.
Further, in the heat exchanger according to claim 2 , the first fluid circulation portion is connected to the first introduction port with a simple configuration in which a convex portion is formed on the lower plate and a pair of concave portions sandwiching the convex portion is formed on the upper plate. The side can be divided into the first outlet port side.
As described above, the heat exchanger of the present invention can improve the mountability to the vehicle by reducing the protruding height of the connection pipe while suppressing an increase in cost.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 3, in the
Here, in the

Furthermore, since the cooling
Further, in the
Further, as described above, the
[Second Embodiment]
Next, the heat exchanger of 2nd Embodiment is demonstrated, referring FIG. In the
As shown in FIG. 5, the flow
The first
On the other hand, the
As a result, a coolant bypass passage 90 (see FIG. 6) is formed between the lower surface of the first
In the present embodiment, the offset
Next, the effect of the

[Other Embodiments]
In the above-described embodiment, the cooling water is an example of the first fluid and the oil is an example of the second fluid. However, the oil may be an example of the first fluid and the cooling water may be an example of the second fluid.
Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment, the
The embodiments of the present invention have been described above with reference to the embodiments. However, these embodiments are merely examples, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the invention. It goes without saying that the scope of rights of the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
