Abstract
【解決手段】強制再生終了後の浄化判定で浄化不十分と判定された後の強制再生、強制再生が未完了のまま時間切れとなった後の強制再生、車両の走行距離が所定の判定用距離よりも小さい状態でDPFの前後差圧が所定の第1判定用差圧よりも大きくなったときの強制再生のいずれかである緊急再生の場合には、手動再生を促す警報を発し、その後、手動再生の指示を受けたときには手動再生を実施し、手動再生の指示を受けないまま所定の条件下になったときには自動再生を実施する。

Claims (4)
- 車両に搭載した内燃機関の排気通路に、ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタを有する排気ガス浄化装置を備えた排気ガス浄化システムの排気ガス浄化方法において、
強制再生終了後の浄化判定で浄化不十分と判定された後の強制再生、強制再生が未完了のまま時間切れとなった後の強制再生、車両の走行距離が所定の判定用距離よりも小さい状態で前記ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタの前後差圧が所定の第1判定用差圧よりも大きくなったときの強制再生のいずれかである緊急再生の場合には、手動再生を促す警報を発し、その後、手動再生の指示を受けたときには手動再生を実施し、手動再生の指示を受けないまま所定の条件下になったときには自動再生を実施することを特徴とする排気ガス浄化方法。 - 前記の警報が警報ランプの点灯又は点滅であり、前記所定の条件下が、運転者により自動再生の指示が入力されたこと、手動再生を促す警報を発してから所定の時間を経過したこと、前記ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタの前後差圧が所定の第2判定用差圧よりも大きくなったことのいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の排気ガス浄化方法。
- 車両に搭載した内燃機関の排気通路に、ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタを有する排気ガス浄化装置と該排気ガス浄化装置の再生のための強制再生を実施する制御装置とを備えた排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、
前記制御装置が、
強制再生終了後の浄化判定で浄化不十分と判定された後の強制再生、強制再生が未完了のまま時間切れとなった後の強制再生、車両の走行距離が所定の判定用距離よりも小さい状態で前記ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタの前後差圧が所定の判定用差圧よりも大きくなったときの強制再生のいずれかである緊急再生の場合には、手動再生を促す警報を発し、その後、手動再生の指示を受けたときには手動再生を実施し、手動再生の指示を受けないまま所定の条件下になったときには自動再生を実施することを特徴とする排気ガス浄化システム。 - 前記の警報が警報ランプの点灯又は点滅であり、前記所定の条件下が、運転者により自動再生の指示が入力されたこと、手動再生を促す警報を発してから所定の時間を経過したこと、前記ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタの前後差圧が所定の第2判定用差圧よりも大きくなったことのいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項3記載の排気ガス浄化システム。
