Abstract
【解決手段】 一端が開口し、内球面に複数のトラック溝が円周方向に軸方向に沿って形成された外輪と、外球面13,23に外輪のトラック溝と対をなす複数のトラック溝14,24が円周方向に軸方向に沿って形成され、複数の外球面部19,29が円周方向に配設された内輪15,25と、外輪のトラック溝と内輪15,25のトラック溝14,24との間に介在してトルクを伝達する複数のボールと、外輪の内球面と内輪15,25の外球面13,23との間に介在してボールを保持するケージとを備え、内輪15,25の外球面13,23の継手開口側に位置する球面角α10,α20を12.5°以上とする。

Claims (5)
- 一端が開口し、内球面に複数のトラック溝が軸方向に沿って形成された外側継手部材と、外球面に前記外側継手部材のトラック溝と対をなす複数のトラック溝が軸方向に沿って形成され、複数の外球面部が円周方向に配設された内側継手部材と、前記外側継手部材のトラック溝と内側継手部材のトラック溝との間に介在してトルクを伝達する複数のボールと、前記外側継手部材の内球面と内側継手部材の外球面との間に介在してボールを保持するケージとを備え、前記外側継手部材のトラック溝の曲率中心および内側継手部材のトラック溝の曲率中心が継手中心に対して等距離だけ軸方向に逆向きにオフセットされ、前記内側継手部材の外球面の継手開口側に位置する球面角を12.5°以上としたことを特徴とする固定式等速自在継手。
- 前記内側継手部材の外球面部は、その球面角よりも継手開口側に位置する外側部位に切欠き部が形成されている請求項1に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
- 前記切欠き部は、内側継手部材の少なくとも一つの外球面部に形成されている請求項2に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
- 前記外側継手部材および内側継手部材は、軸方向の縦断面が単一の円弧面形状を有するトラック溝が形成されている請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
- 前記外側継手部材および内側継手部材は、軸方向と平行なストレート底を有するトラック溝が形成されている請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
