Abstract
【解決手段】キャブマウント10では、連結金具50を介して質量体64及び弾性連結体66を含むダイナミックダンパ60を内筒金具14に連結することにより、ダイナミックダンパ60を装置(キャブマウント10)の一部として一体的に設けることができるので、キャブマウントとは別にダイナミックダンパを単体で組み付ける作業を不要にできると共に、ダイナミックダンパ60をキャブマウント10の一部として一体的に構成できる。

Description
図1及び図2には本発明の実施形態に係る防振支持装置であるキャブマウントが示されている。このキャブマウント10は、軽貨物自動車及び一部の乗用車における下部走行体である車体80と運転室であるキャブ82との間に配置され、車体80上にキャブ82を防振的に搭載するために用いられる。
次に、上記のように構成された本実施形態に係るキャブマウント10の作用を説明する。

Claims (6)
- 振動発生部及び振動受部の一方に連結される外筒部材と、
前記外筒部材の内周側に配置され、振動発生部及び振動受部の他方に連結される内筒部材と、
前記外筒部材と前記内筒部材との間に配置され、前記外筒部材と前記内筒部材とを弾性的に連結したゴム状弾性体と、
前記内筒部材の軸方向外側に配置された筒状の支持部材と、
一端側が前記内筒部材の内周側へ嵌挿されると共に、他端側が前記支持部材に内周側に嵌挿されて、前記支持部材を前記内筒部材に一体となって変位するように連結した筒状の連結部材と、
前記支持部材の外周側に配置された質量体と、
前記支持部材と前記質量体にそれぞれ固着され、該質量体を前記連結部材へ弾性的に連結した弾性連結体と、
を有することを特徴とする防振支持装置。 - 前記内筒部材の内周面における前記連結部材の一端部に対応する部位に形成され、該内筒部材の内径を拡大する第1の被係止部と、
前記支持部材の内周面における前記連結部材の他端部に対応する部位に形成され、該連結部材の内径を拡大する第2の被係止部と、
前記連結部材の一端部に外周側へ拡径するように形成され、前記第1の被係止部を係止する第1の係止部と、
前記連結部材の他端部に外周側へ拡径するように形成され、前記第2の被係止部を係止する第2の係止部と、
を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の防振支持装置。 - 前記第1の係止部及び前記第2の係止部の少なくとも一方を、前記連結部材を前記内筒部材の内周側又は前記連結部材の内周側へ嵌挿した状態で、前記連結部材をかしめ加工することにより形成したことを特徴とする請求項2記載の防振支持装置。
- 前記連結部材の一端側を前記内筒部材の内周側へ嵌挿すると共に、圧入により固定したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の防振支持装置。
- 前記連結部材の外周側であって、前記内筒部材と前記支持部材との間に前記外筒部材よりも大径の円板状に形成されたリバウンドストッパを挟持固定したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか1項記載の防振支持装置。
- 前記外筒部材における軸方向に沿って前記質量体とは反対側の端部に外周側へ延出するステー部を屈曲形成し、該ステー部を介して前記外筒部材を振動発生部及び振動受部側へ連結固定したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか1項記載の防振支持装置。
