Abstract
【解決手段】第1のスタビライザバー11の先端部に対し第2のスタビライザバー12の先端部を近接配置し、後者の先端部にハウジング52を固定する。このハウジングと第1のスタビライザバーに入力部を固定し両者間の相対的回転トルクを低減して出力する回転トルク低減機構20と、第1のスタビライザバーを収容すると共にハウジング内に回転自在に支持し、回転トルク低減機構の出力部を固定しハウジング内に回転自在に支持する中空部材30と、この中空部材とハウジングとの間に収容し両者間を連結状態と開放状態に切り換えるクラッチ機構40を備える。

Claims (6)
- 車両の左右車輪間に配設される一対のスタビライザバー間を連結状態と開放状態に切り換えるスタビライザ制御装置において、一方の車輪側の第1のスタビライザバーの先端部に対し他方の車輪側の第2のスタビライザバーの先端部を近接配置し、前記第1のスタビライザバーの先端部を収容するように前記第2のスタビライザバーの先端部に固定するハウジングと、該ハウジング及び前記第1のスタビライザバーに入力部を固定し両者間の相対的回転トルクを低減して出力する回転トルク低減機構と、前記第1のスタビライザバーを収容すると共に前記ハウジング内に回転自在に支持し、前記回転トルク低減機構の出力部を固定し前記ハウジング内に回転自在に支持する中空部材と、該中空部材と前記ハウジングとの間に収容し両者間を連結状態と開放状態に切り換えるクラッチ機構とを備えたことを特徴とするスタビライザ制御装置。
- 前記中空部材は、前記クラッチ機構の両側で前記ハウジング内に回転自在に支持することを特徴とする請求項1記載のスタビライザ制御装置。
- 前記クラッチ機構は、前記回転トルク低減機構に隣接して前記中空部材に固定した回転部材と、該回転部材に対し当接部材を摩擦係合状態と開放状態に切り換える電磁駆動手段とを備え、該電磁駆動手段を前記回転部材に対し前記回転トルク低減機構と反対側の前記ハウジング内に固定したことを特徴とする請求項1記載のスタビライザ制御装置。
- 前記クラッチ機構は、前記回転トルク低減機構に隣接して前記中空部材に固定した第1の回転部材と、該第1の回転部材に対し前記回転トルク低減機構と反対側に所定距離離隔した位置で前記中空部材に固定した第2の回転部材と、前記第1の回転部材に対し第1の当接部材を摩擦係合状態と開放状態に切り換える第1の電磁駆動手段と、前記第2の回転部材に対し第2の当接部材を摩擦係合状態と開放状態に切り換える第2の電磁駆動手段とを備え、前記第1及び第2の電磁駆動手段を前記第1の回転部材と前記第2の回転部材との間の前記ハウジング内に固定したことを特徴とする請求項1記載のスタビライザ制御装置。
- 前記回転トルク低減機構は、波動歯車機構で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載のスタビライザ制御装置。
- 前記回転トルク低減機構は、不思議遊星歯車機構で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載のスタビライザ制御装置。
