Claims (12)
- 鐘形のジョイント外輪(16)と、該ジョイント外輪(16)に付設された結合ジャーナル(17)と、該結合ジャーナル(17)の付設部でジョイント外輪(16)に設けられた半径方向の支持面(18)とから成る、等速回転ジョイント(11)のジョイント外側部分(12)であって、該ジョイント外側部分(12)が、ねじ締結手段によって、結合ジャーナル(17)に被せ嵌められるべきホイールハブ(25)と緊締可能であり、該ホイールハブ(25)が直接的または間接的に前記支持面に支持されるようになっている形式のものにおいて、摩擦の少ない材料から成る環状ディスク(22)が設けられており、該環状ディスク(22)が結合ジャーナル(17)に対して同心的に前記支持面(18)に載着されていることを特徴とする、支持ディスクを備えたジョイント外側部分。
- 環状ディスク(22)が、外縁部を起点として円筒状区分(23)を有しており、該円筒状区分(23)が鐘形のジョイント外輪(16)に摩擦接続的に装着されている、請求項1記載のジョイント外側部分。
- 環状ディスク(22)がモリコートD321Rから成る被覆体を有している、請求項1または2記載のジョイント外側部分。
- 環状ディスク(22)が青銅または非鉄金属から成っている、請求項1または2記載のジョイント外側部分。
- 環状ディスク(22)がプラスチックから成っている、請求項1または2記載のジョイント外側部分。
- 鐘形のジョイント外輪(16)と、該ジョイント外輪(16)に付設された結合ジャーナル(17)と、該結合ジャーナル(17)の付設部でジョイント外輪(16)に設けられた半径方向の支持面(18)とから成るジョイント外側部分(12)を備えた等速回転ジョイント(11)と、結合ジャーナル(17)に被せ嵌められたホイールハブ(25)とから成るアッセンブリであって、ホイールハブ(25)が、ねじ締結手段によってジョイント外側部分(12)と緊締されており、しかもホイールハブ(25)が直接的または間接的に前記支持面(18)に支持されている形式のものにおいて、摩擦の少ない材料から成る環状ディスク(22)が設けられており、該環状ディスク(22)が結合ジャーナル(17)に対して同心的に直接に前記支持面(18)に載着されていて、前記ねじ締結手段の緊締力を吸収していることを特徴とする、等速回転ジョイントとホイールハブとから成るアッセンブリ。
- ホイールハブ(25)に軸受け手段(34)が被せられており、該軸受け手段(34)の軸受け内レースが一方ではホイールハブ(25)に、他方では環状ディスク(22)に、それぞれ軸方向で支持されている、請求項6記載のアッセンブリ。
- ホイールハブ(25)に軸受け手段(34)が装着されており、該軸受け手段(34)の軸受け内レースが、ホイールハブ(25)に設けられた環状縁曲げ部(39)によってホイールハブ(25)に軸方向で緊締されており、該環状縁曲げ部(39)が直接に環状ディスク(22)に軸方向で支持されている、請求項6記載のアッセンブリ。
- 環状ディスク(22)が、外縁部を起点として円筒状区分(23)を有しており、該円筒状区分(23)が鐘形のジョイント外輪(16)に摩擦接続的に装着されている、請求項6から8までのいずれか1項記載のアッセンブリ。
- 環状ディスク(22)がモリコートD321Rから成る被覆体を有している、請求項6から9までのいずれか1項記載のアッセンブリ。
- 環状ディスク(22)が青銅または非鉄金属から成っている、請求項6から9までのいずれか1項記載のアッセンブリ。
- 環状ディスク(22)がプラスチックから成っている、請求項6から9までのいずれか1項記載のアッセンブリ。
