Abstract
【解決手段】 制御手段31が、操作位置検出手段29の検出と、予め備えた変速操作具24の操作位置と無段変速装置10の変速操作位置との相関関係データとに基づいて、無段変速装置10の目標変速操作位置を設定し、設定した目標変速操作位置と変速位置検出手段30の検出とに基づいて、無段変速装置10の目標変速操作位置と実際の変速操作位置との偏差を算出し、算出した偏差と、予め備えた偏差と無段変速装置10の変速操作速度との相関関係データとに基づいて、無段変速装置10の目標操作速度を設定し、設定した目標操作速度と目標操作位置とに基づいて、無段変速装置10が目標変速操作位置に向けて目標操作速度で変速操作されるように、操作手段26の作動を制御する。

Claims (11)
- 人為操作される変速操作具の操作位置を検出する操作位置検出手段と、無段変速装置の変速操作位置を検出する変速位置検出手段と、前記無段変速装置を変速操作する操作手段と、この操作手段の作動を制御する制御手段とを備え、
前記制御手段が、前記操作位置検出手段の検出と、予め備えた前記変速操作具の操作位置と前記無段変速装置の変速操作位置との相関関係データとに基づいて、前記無段変速装置の目標変速操作位置を設定するとともに、その設定した目標変速操作位置と前記変速位置検出手段の検出とに基づいて、前記無段変速装置の目標変速操作位置と実際の変速操作位置との偏差を算出し、その算出した偏差と、予め備えた前記偏差と前記無段変速装置の変速操作速度との相関関係データとに基づいて、前記無段変速装置の目標操作速度を設定し、その設定した目標操作速度と前記目標操作位置とに基づいて、前記無段変速装置が前記目標変速操作位置に向けて前記目標操作速度で変速操作されるように、前記操作手段の作動を制御するように構成してある作業車の車速制御構造。 - 前記制御手段が、人為操作具の操作に基づいて、前記偏差と前記無段変速装置の変速操作速度との相関関係を変更するように構成してある請求項1に記載の作業車の車速制御構造。
- 前記制御手段が、前後進検出手段の検出に基づいて、後進状態である場合には、前進状態の場合よりも前記偏差に対する前記無段変速装置の変速操作速度が遅くなるように、前記偏差と前記無段変速装置の変速操作速度との相関関係を変更するように構成してある請求項1又は2に記載の作業車の車速制御構造。
- 前記操作手段として油圧式のものを採用するとともに、作動油の温度を検出する油温センサを備え、前記制御手段が、前記油温センサの検出に基づいて、作動油の温度が低い場合には、前記偏差に対する前記無段変速装置の変速操作速度が遅くなり、又、作動油の温度が高い場合には、前記偏差に対する前記無段変速装置の変速操作速度が速くなるように、前記偏差と前記無段変速装置の変速操作速度との相関関係を変更するように構成してある請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の作業車の車速制御構造。
- 有段変速装置と、この有段変速装置の変速段を検出する変速段検出手段とを備え、前記制御手段が、前記変速段検出手段の検出に基づいて、前記変速段が高速側であるほど前記偏差に対する前記無段変速装置の変速操作速度が速くなるように、前記偏差と前記無段変速装置の変速操作速度との相関関係を変更するように構成してある請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の作業車の車速制御構造。
- 前記変速操作具の操作速度を検出する操作速度検出手段を備え、前記制御手段が、前記操作速度検出手段の検出に基づいて、前記変速操作具の操作速度が遅くなるほど前記偏差に対する前記無段変速装置の変速操作速度が遅くなるように、前記偏差と前記無段変速装置の変速操作速度との相関関係を変更するように構成してある請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の作業車の車速制御構造。
- 前記制御手段が、前記変速位置検出手段の検出に基づいて、前記無段変速装置の変速操作位置が零速位置又は零速位置の近傍である場合には、前記偏差に対する前記無段変速装置の変速操作速度が低速側に制限されるように、前記偏差と前記無段変速装置の変速操作速度との相関関係を変更するように構成してある請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の作業車の車速制御構造。
- エンジン負荷を検出する負荷検出手段を備え、前記制御手段が、前記負荷検出手段の検出と前記目標変速操作位置とに基づいて、エンジン負荷の上昇時に前記目標変速操作位置が低速側に設定された場合には、前記偏差に対する前記無段変速装置の変速操作速度が速くなり、又、エンジン負荷の下降時に前記目標変速操作位置が高速側に設定された場合には、前記偏差に対する前記無段変速装置の変速操作速度が遅くなるように、前記偏差と前記無段変速装置の変速操作速度との相関関係を変更するように構成してある請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の作業車の車速制御構造。
- 制動装置による制動を検出する制動検出手段を備え、前記制御手段が、前記制動検出手段の検出に基づいて、前記制動装置による制動が行われている場合には、前記偏差に対する前記無段変速装置の変速操作速度が速くなるように、前記偏差と前記無段変速装置の変速操作速度との相関関係を変更するように構成してある請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の作業車の車速制御構造。
- 前記制御手段が、車速検出手段の検出に基づいて、車速が遅い場合には、前記偏差に対する前記無段変速装置の変速操作速度が遅くなるように、前記偏差と前記無段変速装置の変速操作速度との相関関係を変更するように構成してある請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の作業車の車速制御構造。
- 前記無段変速装置として静油圧式無段変速装置を採用し、前記制御手段が、前記変速位置検出手段の検出と前記目標変速操作位置とに基づいて、前記目標変速操作位置と実際の変速操作位置とが中立位置を挟む場合には、前記偏差に対する前記無段変速装置の変速操作速度が速くなるように、前記偏差と前記無段変速装置の変速操作速度との相関関係を変更するように構成してある請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の作業車の車速制御構造。
