Abstract
【解決手段】 対向配置された固定金型2と可動金型3を有し、可動金型側の可動型板にバネ3cを介して接続されているスライド盤3dを固定金型2のパーティング面に対しバネ力で当接させ、金型内のキャビティ4に樹脂を射出した後に可動金型3をさらに前進させ、スライド盤3dを貫通する状態で可動金型3に設けられているコアー3gによってキャビティ4に充填された樹脂Rを圧縮し成形を行う圧縮成形方法において、固定金型2とスライド盤3dとの間に樹脂フィルムFを配置し、キャビティ4内の樹脂Rの一方面をその樹脂フィルムFを介してコアー3gで圧縮することを特徴とする。

Claims (6)
- 対向配置された固定金型と可動金型を有し、可動金型側の可動型板にバネを介して接続されているスライド盤を固定金型のパーティング面に対しバネ力で当接させ、金型内のキャビティに樹脂を供給した後に可動金型をさらに前進させ、スライド盤を貫通する状態で可動金型に設けられているコアーによってキャビティに充填された樹脂を圧縮し成形を行う圧縮成形方法において、
上記固定金型と上記可動金型との間に熱可塑性樹脂フィルムを配置し、キャビティ内の樹脂の一方面をその熱可塑性樹脂フィルムを介して上記コアーで圧縮することを特徴とする圧縮成形方法。 - 上記熱可塑性樹脂フィルムとして厚さ20〜200μmのポリエステルフィルムを使用する請求項1記載の圧縮成形方法。
- 上記熱可塑性樹脂フィルムをベースフィルムとし図柄が形成された転写フィルムを使用し、図柄を固定金型側に向けて位置決め配置し、金型内のキャビティに樹脂を供給し、キャビティに充填された樹脂の被加飾面を上記転写フィルムを介して上記コアーで圧縮し、図柄を上記被加飾面に転写する請求項1または2記載の圧縮成形方法。
- 上記固定金型と可動金型の間に配置された上記熱可塑性樹脂フィルムまたは上記転写フィルムを上記コアーの圧縮面に吸着させた後、上記キャビティに樹脂を供給する請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮成形方法。
- 対向配置された固定金型と可動金型を有し、可動金型側の可動型板にバネを介して接続されているスライド盤を固定金型のパーティング面に対しバネ力で当接させ、金型内のキャビティに樹脂を射出した後に可動金型をさらに前進させ、スライド盤を貫通する状態で可動金型に設けられているコアーによってキャビティに充填された樹脂を圧縮し成形を行う圧縮成形装置において、
圧縮成形時にキャビティ内の樹脂の一方面と上記コアーとの間を熱可塑性樹脂フィルムによって仕切るように構成されていることを特徴とする圧縮成形装置。 - 上記熱可塑性樹脂フィルムは帯状の樹脂フィルムからなり、ロールから巻き解かれて金型内を断続的に通過するように構成されている請求項5記載の圧縮成形装置。
