Abstract
【解決手段】内周に複列の軌道面が形成された外輪105と、外周に一方の軌道面が形成されたハブ輪101と、ハブ輪101の小径段部112に圧入され、外周に他方の軌道面が形成された内輪102と、外輪105とハブ輪101および内輪102の軌道面間に介装された複列の転動体103,104とを備え、ハブ輪101の小径段部112の端部を加締めることによりハブ輪101と内輪102を一体化し、ハブ輪101の内径に等速自在継手106の継手外輪115を挿入してスプライン嵌合させた車輪用軸受装置において、ハブ輪101内径のスプライン128端面にストッパ部133aを形成すると共に、ステム部127に係止部132aを形成し、ストッパ部133aに係止部132aを突き合わせ、ハブ輪101の加締部111と継手外輪115の肩部116との間に軸方向すきまnを設ける。

Claims (4)
- 内周に複列の軌道面が形成された外輪と、一端に車輪取付フランジを有すると共に外周に複列の軌道面を有し、ハブ輪と内輪からなる内方部材と、前記外輪と内方部材のそれぞれの軌道面間に介装された複列の転動体とを備え、前記ハブ輪の小径段部の端部を加締めることによりハブ輪と内輪を一体化し、前記ハブ輪の内径に等速自在継手の継手外輪のステム部を挿入してスプライン嵌合させた車輪用軸受装置において、前記ハブ輪内径のインボード側開口端に位置するスプライン端面にストッパ部を形成すると共に、継手外輪のステム部に捩れを付けて形成されたスプラインのインボード側端部に係止部を形成し、前記ハブ輪のストッパ部にステム部の係止部を突き合わせることにより、前記ハブ輪の加締部と継手外輪の肩部との間に軸方向すきまを設けたことを特徴とする車輪用軸受装置。
- 前記外輪の外周に車体取付フランジを有し、ハブ輪の外周に、複列の軌道面のうちの一方の軌道面が形成されている請求項1に記載の車輪用軸受装置。
- 前記係止部は、ステム部のスプライン端部に、そのステム部外径よりも小径の環状溝を形成した請求項1又は2に記載の車輪用軸受装置。
- 前記ストッパ部と係止部との突き合わせをテーパ面同士とした請求項3に記載の車輪用軸受装置。
