Abstract
【解決手段】 流体動圧軸受装置1は、ハウジング7と、軸受スリーブ8と、回転部材3とで主に構成される。ハウジング7は、樹脂材料で射出成形された側部7aと、該側部7aの軸方向一端内径側に設けられた固定部7cに固定され該側部7aの軸方向一端開口を閉塞する底部材10とで構成される。前記固定部7cは、射出成形により射出された樹脂が成形型の内表面に沿って固化した成形面である。

Claims (7)
- 有底筒状のハウジングと、該ハウジングの内周に保持された軸受スリーブと、該軸受スリーブに挿入され回転中心軸を中心として回転する軸部を有する回転部材と、軸受スリーブと回転部材の軸部との間のラジアル軸受隙間に生じる流体の動圧作用で回転部材をラジアル方向に非接触支持するラジアル軸受部とを備えた流体動圧軸受装置において、
前記ハウジングは、樹脂材料で略円筒状に射出成形された側部と、該側部の軸方向一端内径側に設けられた固定部に固定され該側部の軸方向一端開口を閉塞する底部材とを有し、
前記固定部は、前記射出成形により射出された樹脂が成形型の内表面に沿って固化した成形面であることを特徴とする流体動圧軸受装置。 - 前記ハウジングが、軸方向他端内周縁部に、ゲートカット部を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の流体動圧軸受装置。
- 前記ゲートカット部の軸方向寸法が、前記軸受スリーブの外周縁に設けられた面取り部の軸方向寸法以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2何れかに記載の流体動圧軸受装置。
- 前記ゲートカット部を、接着剤で被覆したことを特徴とする請求項2又は3何れかに記載の流体動圧軸受装置。
- 前記ラジアル軸受部が、動圧発生手段として複数の動圧溝を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4何れかに記載の流体動圧軸受装置。
- 前記ラジアル軸受部が、多円弧軸受で構成されている請求項1〜4何れかに記載の流体動圧軸受装置。
- 請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の流体動圧軸受装置と、ロータマグネットと、ステータコイルとを有するスピンドルモータ。
