- 지지할 축부재의 외주와의 사이에 래디얼 베어링간극을 형성하는 소결금속제 베어링 슬리브와, 내주에 베어링 슬리브를 고정시킨 하우징을 구비하며 상기 축부재와 상기 베어링 슬리브의 상대 회전시에 래디얼 베어링간극에 형성되는 유막에 의해 상기 축부재와 상기 베어링 슬리브를 래디얼 방향으로 비접촉 지지하는 유체 베어링 장치에 있어서,상기 하우징이 결정화도가 20% 이상인 결정성 수지 조성물에 의해 형성되며,상기 수지 조성물 100 중량부에 대해 보강재가 10∼80 중량부 배합되어 있는 유체 베어링 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물의 흡수율(吸水率)이 0.5% 이하인 유체 베어링 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물의 선팽창계수가 5×10-5/℃ 이하인 유체 베어링 장치.
- 삭제
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 축부재를 스러스트 베어링간극에 형성되는 유막에 의해 스러스트 방향으로도 비접촉 지지하는 유체 베어링 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 축부재를 상기 하우징 바닥부에 의해 스러스트 방향으로도 접촉 지지하는 유체 베어링 장치.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 결정성 수지 조성물 100 중량부에 대해 고체 윤활제 가 5∼30 중량부 배합되어 있는 유체 베어링 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 하우징은, 상기 베어링 슬리브를 인서트 부품으로 하여 금형성형되어 있는 유체 베어링 장치.
- 일단측에 바닥부를 갖는 수지제의 하우징과, 상기 하우징 내부에 설치된 금속제의 베어링 슬리브와, 상기 베어링 슬리브의 내주면에 삽입된 축부재와, 상기 베어링 슬리브의 내주면과 상기 축부재의 외주면 사이에 설치되어 베어링간극에 생긴 윤활유의 유막에 의해 상기 축부재를 래디얼 방향으로 비접촉 지지하는 래디얼 베어링부와, 상기 하우징 바닥부에 설치되어 상기 축부재의 일단측 단면을 스러스트 방향으로 지지하는 스러스트 베어링부를 구비하며,상기 하우징은 상기 베어링 슬리브를 인서트 부품으로 하여 수지를 금형성형하여 형성되며,상기 베어링 슬리브는 적어도 내주 일단측 부분에 모따기부를 가지며 또한 상기 모따기부에 상기 하우징을 구성하는 수지와의 박리를 방지하는 박리 방지수단이 구비되어 있는 유체 베어링 장치.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 박리 방지수단이 상기 베어링 슬리브를 소결금속으로 형성함과 아울러 상기 모따기부의 개공율을 상기 내주면의 개공율보다 크게 함으로써 구성되어 있는 유체 베어링 장치.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 박리 방지수단이 상기 모따기부의 표면거칠기를 상기 내주면의 표면거칠기보다 크게 함으로써 구성되어 있는 유체 베어링 장치.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 모따기부에 오목부가 마련되어 있는 유체 베어링 장치.
- 일단측에 바닥부를 갖는 수지제의 하우징과, 상기 하우징 내부에 설치된 금속제의 베어링 슬리브와, 상기 베어링 슬리브의 내주면에 삽입된 축부재와, 상기 베어링 슬리브의 내주면과 상기 축부재의 외주면 사이에 설치되어 베어링간극에 생긴 윤활유의 유막에 의해 상기 축부재를 래디얼 방향으로 비접촉 지지하는 래디얼 베어링부와, 상기 하우징의 바닥부에 설치되어 상기 축부재의 일단측 단면을 스러스트 방향으로 지지하는 스러스트 베어링부와, 상기 하우징 바닥부에 설치되어 상기 베어링 슬리브의 내주 일단측 부분을 덮는 바닥부재를 구비하며,상기 하우징이 상기 베어링 슬리브 및 상기 바닥부재를 인서트 부품으로 하여 수지를 금형성형하여 형성되어 있는 유체 베어링 장치.
- 제22항 또는 제26항에 있어서, 상기 래디얼 베어링부가, 상기 베어링간극 내의 윤활유에 동압을 발생시키는 동압 베어링인 유체 베어링 장치.
- 제22항 또는 제26항에 있어서, 상기 하우징이, 상기 축부재의 외주면과의 사이에 밀폐간극을 형성하는 밀폐부를 그 타단측에 갖는 유체 베어링 장치.
