Description
Claims (5)
- 駆動部材に固定的に接続されるよう構成されたハブと、
捩り振動のフィルタリング機能を有する弾性材料で形成された第一リングによって前記ハブに接続されるプーリと、
弾性材料で形成された第二リングによってハブに接続され、該第二リングと共に制振システムを形成する慣性リングとを有する、一体型プーリ及びトーショナルダンパアセンブリであって、
前記ハブは、前記駆動部材に接続されるよう構成された内部環状フランジを有し、
前記ハブは、前記内部環状フランジが位置付けられた側で軸方向に開放し、前記第一リングを収容するキャビティを形成する、実質的にC字断面を有する環状結合部を前記内部環状フランジと一体的に含み、
前記環状結合部は、前記第二弾性リングが取り付けられる外部管状壁と、前記プーリを前記ハブに対し径方向及び軸方向で支持するために該外部管状壁と前記プーリとの間に位置付けられたベアリングとを含むことを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 内部環状壁及び周辺環状縁部と備えた結合フランジをさらに含み、前記内部環状壁は前記ハブの前記内部環状フランジを軸方向で支持し、前記第一弾性リングはプーリ及び前記結合フランジの周辺環状縁部に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記プーリは、周辺冠部と、該周辺冠部から径方向で内向きに延在するフランジとを含み、該フランジは、外部環状部と、前記周辺冠部に対し同軸で内側に設けられた中間管状壁と、該中間管状壁の軸方向端部から前記外部環状部と反対方向に延在し、前記第一弾性リングに接続された内部環状フランジとを含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記第一弾性リングは、前記プーリの前記フランジと前記ハブの前記外部フランジとの間に軸方向で位置付けられ、前記第一慣性リングは、前記フランジ及び前記外部フランジと共に単一体を構成することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記ベアリングは、前記ハブの前記外部環状壁と前記プーリの前記中間管状壁との間で径方向に位置付けられた管状部と、前記プーリの前記フランジの前記外部環状部と前記ハブの前記外部環状壁との間で軸方向に位置付けられたフランジとを一体的に含むことを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載のアセンブリ。
