(1.技術分野)

Claims (21)
- 創傷閉鎖材料を付与するための創傷閉鎖材料アプリケーターであって:
移動可能なハンドルを含むハンドルアセンブリ;
該ハンドルアセンブリから遠位方向に伸びる本体部であって、本体チャネルを規定する本体部;
該本体部の遠位端に隣接して支持される先端アセンブリであって、シール部材、弁座、および該弁座の遠位方向に配置される放出チャネルを含み、該シール部材が、該シール部材が該弁座に係合する閉鎖位置から、該シール部材が該弁座から間隔を置いて配置される開放位置まで移動可能であり、ここで、該シール部材の該開放位置から該閉鎖位置までの移動が、該放出チャネル内の圧力の減少を引き起こし、該先端アセンブリからの閉鎖材料の滴下を最小にする、創傷閉鎖材料アプリケーター。 - 前記シール部材が、実質的に球形のバルブ部材を含む、請求項1に記載の創傷閉鎖材料アプリケーター。
- 前記シール部材が、本体および前記球形のバルブ部材を含み、該球形のバルブ部材が、該シール部材の本体から分離して形成されている、請求項2に記載の創傷閉鎖材料アプリケーター。

- 前記先端アセンブリが、前記放出チャネルと連絡する凹面容器を有する先端部材をさらに含む、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の創傷閉鎖材料アプリケーター。
- 前記凹面容器が、実質的に球形である、請求項6に記載の創傷閉鎖材料アプリケーター。
- 前記シール部材が、バルブ部材および該バルブ部材の遠位方向に配置される少なくとも1つの入口ポートを含み、該少なくとも1つの入口ポートが、前記放出チャネルと連絡する、請求項4に記載の創傷閉鎖材料アプリケーター。
- 前記シール部材が、前記ハウジングのボアを規定する壁を係合するように配置される環状の弾力性フィンガーを含み、該環状のフィンガーが、該シール部材と該ボアを規定する壁との間のシールを提供する、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の創傷閉鎖材料アプリケーター。
- 前記入口チャネルが、その近位端からその遠位端まで収束する、請求項4に記載の創傷閉鎖材料アプリケーター。
- 前記少なくとも1つの入口ポートが、複数の入口ポートを含む、請求項8に記載の創傷閉鎖材料アプリケーター。
- 前記本体部内に移動可能に支持される供給バーをさらに含み、該供給バーが、前記移動可能なハンドルと、該移動可能なハンドルの作動が、該本体部内の供給バーの遠位方向移動を行うように作動可能に連結されている、請求項1〜11のいずかに記載の創傷閉鎖材料アプリケーター。
- 前記本体部内の供給バーの遠位端上に支持されるプッシャーをさらに含み、前記移動可能なハンドルが、前記供給バーおよびプッシャーを遠位方向に移動させ、創傷閉鎖材料を該本体部から前記先端アセンブリ中に押すように作動可能である、請求項12に記載の創傷閉鎖材料アプリケーター。
- 前記プッシャーが、前記供給バーと一体に形成される、請求項13に記載の創傷閉鎖材料アプリケーター。
- 前記供給バーが、前記ハンドルアセンブリおよび該ハンドルアセンブリ内に配置された駆動プレートを通って伸び、前記移動可能なハンドルが、該駆動プレートを該供給バーとの係合に移動させ、該供給バーを遠位方向に移動させる、請求項12に記載の創傷閉鎖材料アプリケーター。
- 前記ハンドルアセンブル内に配置され、そしてその中に形成されるスロットを有するロックプレートをさらに含み、該供給バーが該スロットを通って伸び、該ロックプレートが、該供給バーを該スロットを通って移動させる第1の位置から、該供給バーを係合し該供給バーの該ロックプレートに対する近位方向の動きを防ぐ第2の位置に移動可能である、請求項15に記載の創傷閉鎖材料アプリケーター。

- 前記先端アセンブリが、前記シール部材を前記閉鎖位置に押すよう配置される付勢部材を含む、請求項1〜19のいずれかに記載の創傷閉鎖材料アプリケーター。
- 前記本体チャネルが、創傷閉鎖材料のため、またはそれを含むリザーバーを規定する、請求項1〜20のいずれかに記載の創傷閉鎖材料アプリケーター。
