Abstract
Description
このような二つの技術でナノ繊維よりなるナノ繊維ウェブを製造できることが分かる。
本発明は前述した問題点を解決するために案出されたもので、その目的は熱可塑性樹脂及び熱硬化性樹脂の両方を使用でき、溶液加熱が必須的ではなく、絶縁方法の具現が容易なナノ繊維の製造方法を提供するところにある。
本発明の他の目的は前述した製造方法を具現するためのナノ繊維の製造装置を提供するところにある。
前述した他の目的を達成するための本発明に係るナノ繊維の製造装置は、ポリマー溶液を製造するための貯蔵槽と、該貯蔵槽から搬送されたポリマー溶液が吐出される出糸ノズルと、該出糸ノズルの下部に圧縮空気が噴射されるエアノズルと、前記出糸ノズルに高電圧を印加する電圧付与手段と、前記出糸ノズルから吐出された出糸繊維をウェブ状に捕集するための接地されたコレクターとよりなる。
貯蔵槽100はポリマー溶液製造のためのもので、ポリマーと溶媒の配合を通してポリマー溶液を製造する。本発明において使用可能なポリマーは熱可塑性樹脂だけに制限されず、熱硬化性樹脂などのほとんどの合成樹脂が使用できる。
前記出糸口金102に印加される電圧は1kV〜300kVの範囲が望ましく、10〜100kVが特に望ましい。前記ポリマー溶液の吐出圧力は0.01〜200kg/cm2範囲で使用でき、特に0.1〜20kg/cm2の範囲が望ましいが、これより高吐出量を実現できて大量生産に適している。静電出糸法と比較して0.1〜5cc/min・holeの高吐出量でポリマー溶液を吐き出せる。
さらに、エレクトロ−ブローン出糸工程に使用される装置構成において、出糸口金の絶縁が容易であり、吸気を通して溶剤回収が可能である。
Claims (16)
- 所定溶媒に溶解されたポリマー溶液を出糸ノズルに搬送させ、
前記ポリマー溶液を高電圧が印加された出糸ノズルを介して吐出させながら前記出糸ノズルの下部に圧縮空気を噴射させ、
前記出糸ノズルの下部の接地された吸気コレクター上にポリマー溶液を出糸する
工程を含むナノ繊維の製造方法。 - 前記出糸ノズルに印加された高電圧は1〜300kVであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のナノ繊維の製造方法。
- 前記ポリマー溶液を加圧して前記出糸ノズルに吐出させ、この際の吐出圧力は0.01〜200kg/cm2の範囲以内であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のナノ繊維の製造方法。
- 前記圧縮空気は流速10〜10,000m/minであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のナノ繊維の製造方法。
- 前記圧縮空気の温度は室温〜300℃であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のナノ繊維の製造方法。
- 前記コレクター上に出糸された繊維をウェブ状に捕集することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のナノ繊維の製造方法。
- 前記コレクター上に所定の基材を設け、前記基材上にウェブ状に出糸された繊維を捕集することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のナノ繊維の製造方法。
- 前記ポリマーはポリイミド、ナイロン、ポリアラミド、ポリベンゾイミダゾール、 ポリエーテルイミド、ポリアクリロニトリル、PET(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)、ポリプロピレン、ポリアニリン、ポリエチレンオキシド、PEN(ポリエチレンナフタレート)、PBT(ポリブチレンテレフタレート)、SBR(スチレンブタジエンラバー)、ポリスチレン、PVC(ポリビニルクロライド)、ポリビニルアルコール、PVDF(ポリビニリデンフロライド)、ポリビニルブチレンおよびこれらの共重合物または誘導体化合物よりなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のナノ繊維製造方法。
- ポリマー溶液を製造するための貯蔵槽と、
該貯蔵槽から搬送されたポリマー溶液が吐出される出糸ノズルと、
該出糸ノズルの下部に圧縮空気が噴射されるエアノズルと、
前記出糸ノズルに高電圧を印加する電圧付与手段と、
前記出糸ノズルから吐出された出糸繊維をウェブ状に捕集するための接地されたコレクターと
を含むナノ繊維の製造装置。 - 前記出糸ノズルの下部に毛細管が具備され、該毛細管の直径は0.1〜2.0mmであり、前記毛細管の長さと直径の比が1〜20であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のナノ繊維の製造装置。
- 前記エアノズルは前記出糸ノズルの両側に圧縮空気が噴射されるナイフエッジ状であり、その間隔ないしエアギャップは0.1〜5.0mmであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のナノ繊維の製造装置。
- 前記エアノズルは前記出糸ノズルを円形に取り囲む円筒形であり、この円筒の幅ないしエアギャップは0.1〜5.0mmであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のナノ繊維の製造装置。
- 前記出糸ノズルの下部と前記コレクターとの間隔は1〜200cmであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のナノ繊維の製造装置。
- さらに、前記コレクターに出糸空間の空気を吸い込む送風機が具備され、該送風機は溶媒を回収するための溶媒回収装置に搬送させることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のナノ繊維の製造装置。
- 前記エアノズルの下部から出糸ノズルの下部までの高さ差であるノズル突出部が−5〜10mmであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のナノ繊維の製造装置。
- さらに、前記貯蔵槽から出糸ノズルにポリマー溶液を搬送させるためのポンプが備えられていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のナノ繊維の製造装置。
