Claims (20)
- 二重層キャパシタで用いられる電極構造体を製造する方法において、
複数の電極で、その各々が、
電流コレクタ板、
前記電流コレクタ板の各側の一部分上に形成した主被覆で、伝導性炭素粉末及び結合剤を含む主被覆;及び
各主被覆上に形成された副被覆で、活性炭粉末、溶媒、及び結合剤を含む副被覆;
を具えた複数の電極を形成し;
前記複数の電極を互いに積み重ねながら前記複数の電極の各々の間に各セパレータを配置し、前記各セパレータを、前記複数の電極の隣接したものの各副被覆に対して並置させ;然も、前記各セパレータが、前記複数の電極の隣接するものを互いに電気的に分離し、それによって前記複数の電極の積層体を、各セパレータが前記複数の電極の夫々の間に配置されるようにして形成し;そして
前記電極積層体を、その電極積層体の一方の端部から巻き始めて円筒状構造体に巻く;
諸工程を包含する、電極構造体製造方法。 - 更に、各電流コレクタ板の、各主被覆が上に形成されていない部分の各々の第一組を一緒に電気的に結合し、第一端子を形成することを行う、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 更に、各電流コレクタ板の、各主被覆が上に形成されていない部分の各々の第二組を一緒に電気的に結合し、第二端子を形成することを行う、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 更に、巻いた電極積層体をキャパシタ缶中に入れ、
第一端子をキャパシタ缶の第一キャパシタ端子へ結合し、
第二端子をキャパシタ缶の第二キャパシタ端子へ結合し、
巻いた電極積層体を規定された電解質溶液中に入れて飽和し、そして
前記巻いた電極積層体及び前記規定された電解質溶液を前記キャパシタ缶内に密封する、
ことを行う、請求項3に記載の方法。 - 電極積層体を巻いた時、各電流コレクタ板の、各主被覆が上に形成されていない部分が、巻いた電極積層体の各端から伸びているように積層工程中の配置を行う、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 電極積層体中の各隣接する電流コレクタの、各主被覆が上に形成されていない部分が伸びていることにより、電極積層体を巻いた時、各電流コレクタ板の、各主被覆が上に形成されていない部分が、巻いた電極積層体の両端から伸びているように積層工程中の配置を行う、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 更に、電流コレクタ板の、電極積層体の各端から伸びている部分を一緒に潰して、互いに電気的に接触させることを行う、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 更に、電極積層体の各端部の所の一緒に潰した電流コレクタ板の部分に伝導性被覆を適用し、各伝導性被覆を各キャパシタ端子への結合に適合させることを行う、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 二重層キャパシタで用いられる電極構造体を製造する方法において、
複数の電極で、その各々が、
或る長さ、幅、及び厚さを有する電流コレクタ板;
前記電流コレクタ板の各側の一部分上に形成された主被覆で、前記部分が、前記電流コレクタ板の全長さに亙って伸び、前記電流コレクタ板の幅の一部分に亙って伸びる領域を占め、然も伝導性炭素粉末及び結合剤を含む主被覆;及び
各主被覆上に形成された副被覆で、活性炭粉末、溶媒、及び結合剤を含む副被覆;
を具えた複数の電極を形成し;
前記複数の電極を互いに積み重ねながら前記複数の電極の各々の間に各セパレータを配置し、前記各セパレータを、前記複数の電極の隣接したものの各副被覆に対して並置し;然も、前記各セパレータが、前記複数の電極の隣接するものを互いに電気的に分離し、それによって前記複数の電極の積層体を、各セパレータが前記複数の電極の夫々の間に配置されるようにして形成し、然も前記電極積層体は積層体長さ及び積層体幅を有し;そして
前記電極積層体を、その電極積層体の一方の端部から巻き始めてその積層体の前記長さに沿って円筒状構造体へ巻く、

- 更に、巻いた電極積層体の各端の所の一緒に潰した電流コレクタ箔の部分に適用された伝導性被覆を有し、各伝導性被覆が各キャパシタ端子への結合に適合させてある、請求項18に記載の構造体。
- 第一端子及び第二端子を有するキャパシタ缶:
前記キャパシタ缶内に入れた巻いた電極構造体で、
複数の電極であって、その各々が
電流コレクタ箔、
前記電流コレクタ箔の各側の一部分上に形成された、伝導性炭素粉末及び結合剤を含有する主被覆、及び
各主被覆上に形成された、活性炭粉末、溶媒、及び結合剤を含む副被覆、
を有する複数の電極;
積層体状にした前記複数の電極の各々の間に配置された各セパレータで、前記複数の電極の隣接したものの各副被覆に対して並置されており、前記複数の電極の隣接したものを互いに電気的に絶縁している各セパレータ;
を有し、然も、前記電極積層体の一方の端部から巻き始めて円筒構造へ巻き、巻いた電極構造体を形成させた、巻いた電極構造体:及び
前記キャパシタ缶内に入れられた電解質溶液:
を具えた二重層キャパシタ。
