Claims (15)
- 基板と、
前記基板上に形成された第1電極層と、
前記第1電極層上に形成された第2電極層と、
前記第1電極層と第2電極層間に介在され、前記第1電極層と第2電極層との電気的駆動により発光する発光層を有する有機層と、
前記第2電極層上に透明な材質よりなる透明層と、を含むことを特徴とする有機電界発光素子。 - 前記透明層は、島状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機電界発光素子。
- 前記透明層は、絶縁性材質よりなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機電界発光素子。
- 前記透明層は、Li、Ca、LiF/Ca、LiF/Al、Al、Mg、またはMg合金よりなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機電界発光素子。
- 前記透明層の面積は、前記有機層の発光領域より広く、単一画素の面積より狭いことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の有機電界発光素子。
- 前記透明層の厚さは、30ないし1000Åであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の有機電界発光素子。
- 前記透明層は、導電性材質よりなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機電界発光素子。
- 前記透明層は、導電性有機物よりなり、
前記透明層の厚さは、100ないし1500Åであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の有機電界発光素子。 - 前記透明層は、金属材よりなり、
前記透明層の厚さは、30ないし1000Åであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の有機電界発光素子。 - 前記第2電極層は、金属薄膜よりなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機電界発光素子。
- 前記金属薄膜の厚さは、40ないし200Åであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の有機電界発光素子。
- 前記透明層上に前記第2電極層と電気的に連結され、透明な導電材より形成された補助電極層がさらに備えられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機電界発光素子。
- 前記補助電極層は、ITO、IZO、ZnO、またはIn2O3よりなることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の有機電界発光素子。
- 前記透明層上に前記第2電極層と電気的に連結されたバス電極ラインがさらに備えられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機電界発光素子。
- 前記第2電極層は、透明電極よりなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機電界発光素子。
