Abstract
【解決手段】中空の生検針15、生検針15内に摺動可能に収容したカッター20、生検針15内にカッター20と平行に収容した押圧棒18、生検針15の末端に真空を付加する真空源管29、カッター20を末端側に進めると共に回転させ、かつ押圧棒18を末端側に進める駆動機構16、生検針15の末端において押圧棒18を180°回転させてその移動方向を反対にすることにより、押圧棒18の端部をカッター20に入り込ませて内部の組織検体をカッター20の基端側へ移動させる湾曲部を有する。

Description
この発明は、X線定位装置に取り付けたときにのみ使用することができる生検器具を用いることに関連する問題を克服する。
この発明の新規な特徴は添付の特許請求の範囲に詳細に述べる。しかしながら、この発明自体は、構成や操作方法の双方に関して、その更なる目的や特長と共に、添付の図面と関連させた以下の説明を参照することによって最もよく理解することができる。
図1から図3Aは、この発明を具体化した手持ち式の生検器具10を示している。生体器具10は、上側殻部12Aと下側殻部12Bを別々に有する外側ハウジング12を備えている。下側殻部12Bから末端方向に延出しているものは生検針15であり、その機能は後段で明らかになるであろう。ハウジング12には、図3Aに示すような検体押圧棒18に加えて検体カッター20と検体採取管25との部分組立品を駆動する駆動機構16を収容してある。
図4、図5、および図6は、組織試料を採取する前の構成部品の位置付けを示している。図4および図5に最もよく示すように、駆動ブロック38A、38Bは各自の最基端側に位置している。この位置では、カッター20と検体採取管25の部分組立品も、検体押圧棒18と共に各自の最基端側に位置している。
図18〜図20は、この発明を具体化した手持ち式の生検器具100を示している。生検器具100は、上側殻部112Aと下側殻部112Bを別々に有する外側ハウジング112を備えている。下側殻部112Bから末端方向に延出しているものは生検挿入針115であり、その機能は後段で明らかになろう。ハウジング112に収容してあるものは、中空管カッター120と検体押圧棒118を前進させるための駆動機構116である。図20および図21Aに示すように、カッター120は生検針115の上部内腔113内に同軸に配置してある。図20、図20A、および図21Aに示すように、押圧棒118は生検針115内の下部内腔119内に配置してある。この実施の形態では、カッタースリーブ125をカッター120の基端に配置し、カッター120が不動のカッタースリーブ125内を同軸に摺動するようにしてある。突出しピン付き真空ポートコネクタ126は、真空源(図示せず)に流体密に接続されるが、カッタースリーブ125の基端に取り付けてある。この作用と機能は後段で更に説明する。真空ポート128は、その内部に真空源管129を受け入れるが、生検針115の下部内腔119内に真空を与えるために、生検針115の基端に設けてある。生検針115内に真空を与える目的は、後段で更に説明する。
図21、図22、および図23は組織試料を採取する前の構成部品の位置付けを示している。図19および図21に最もよく示すように、駆動ブロック138A、138Bは各自の最基端側に位置している。この位置では、カッター/検体採取管の部分組立品も検体押圧棒118と共に各自の最基端側に位置している。
Claims (2)
- a. 軸線方向に広がる開いた検体口を末端に有する中空の生検挿入針、
b. 前記生検挿入針内に摺動可能に収容した細長い可回転組織検体カッター、
c. 前記生検挿入針内に前記カッターと平行に摺動可能に収容した細長い可撓押圧棒であって、前記生検挿入針の末端まで延在する前記可撓押圧棒、
d. 前記生検挿入針の末端内に第1の真空を付加する手段であって、試料採取しようとする組織に前記生検挿入針を挿入した際に、試料採取しようとする組織の一部を前記検体口に引き込む手段、
e. 前記カッターを前記生検針の末端側に進める手段、
f. 前記カッターが前記生検針内を進む際に前記カッターを回転させる手段であって、前記検体口に収容した前記組織の部分を前記カッターが切り離して包み込む手段、
g. 前記可撓押圧棒を前記生検針の末端側に軸線に沿って進める手段、および
h. 前記生検針の末端に位置し、前記可撓押圧棒を180°回転させてその移動方向を反対にする手段であって、前記可撓押圧棒の端部が前記カッターに入り込んでその内部の前記包み込んだ組織検体に係合することにより、前記組織検体を前記カッターの基端側に軸線に沿って移動させる手段、
を備えている手持ち式生検器具。 - 本体から生検挿入針を延在させてある電動の手持ち式生検器具であって、前記本体は、
a. 前記器具の基端からその末端側にそれぞれ延在する細長い第1の駆動軸と第2の駆動軸、
b. 前記第1の駆動軸の基端の第1の非ネジ部、ウォーム歯車ネジ山を有する中央部、および前記第1の駆動軸の末端近くの第2の非ネジ部を有する前記第1の駆動軸、
c. 前記ウォーム歯車ネジ山と螺合する雌ネジ部を有する第1の駆動ブロックであって、前記第1の駆動軸の前記第1の非ネジ部の側に位置する前記第1の駆動ブロック、
d. 前記第1の駆動ブロックに並列して前記ウォーム歯車ネジ山と螺合する雌ネジ部を有する第2の駆動ブロックであって、前記ウォーム歯車ネジ山の側に位置してそれと螺合する前記第2の駆動ブロック、
e. 前記生検挿入針内に同軸に延在する中空の細長い検体組織カッターであって、前記第2の駆動ブロックから横方向に延在する1対の平行なジャーナルに支持した前記検体組織カッター、
f. 前記検体組織カッターをその軸線の周りに回転させるために前記検体組織カッターに固定した平歯車であって、前記第2の駆動ブロックの前記平行なジャーナルの間に位置する前記平歯車、
g. 前記検体組織カッターに平行に前記平歯車と螺合した細長い駆動歯車を備えた前記第2の駆動軸であって、前記駆動歯車を回転させることによって前記検体組織カッターを回転させる前記第2の駆動軸、
h. 基端を前記第1の駆動ブロックに固定してあり、前記生検挿入針内を通って前記生検挿入針の末端で終端する細長い検体押圧棒、
i. 基端を前記第1の駆動ブロックに固定してあり、前記第1の駆動ブロックを摺動可能に貫通した細長いピンであって、末端の自由端に終端ヘッドを有する前記ピン、および
j. 前記第1の駆動ブロックと第2の駆動ブロックの間で前記ピンと同軸に位置する圧縮コイルバネであって、前記第1の駆動ブロックと第2の駆動ブロックを離そうとする付勢力を加える前記コイルバネ、
を備えている手持ち式生検器具。
