Abstract
【解決手段】 大表面積を有する多孔質集電体にゾルゲル法により電極活物質薄膜層が形成されてなる電極を用いることにより、上記課題は解決される。

Description
図3に示すコイン電池を以下の手順により作製した。
アルミニウム箔(純度99.9%、厚み50μm、幅120mm)上に、コバルト酸リチウム85質量%、ポリフッ化ビニリデン10質量%、アセチレンブラック5質量%を含むNMP溶液を塗布し、120℃で10分乾燥することにより、正極板を得た。
実施例1および比較例1の電池を0.1mA、1mA、5mA、10mA、50mA、100mAで充放電を行ない、容量を測定した。その結果を下記表1に記載する。

Claims (9)
- 多孔質集電体上に電極活物質薄膜層が形成されてなる電極を用いたことを特徴とする非水電解質二次電池。
- 前記電極活物質薄膜層は、1μm以下の厚さである請求項1記載の非水電解質二次電池。
- 正極において前記多孔質集電体が、アルミニウム、タンタル、ニオブ、チタン、ハフニウム、ジルコニウム、亜鉛、タングステン、ビスマス、アンチモンの単体もしくは合金、またはステンレス合金からなる請求項1または2記載の非水電解質二次電池。
- 正極活物質が、コバルト、ニッケル、マンガン、チタン、バナジウム、および、鉄から選択されるいずれか一種以上およびリチウムを含む複合酸化物もしくは塩からなる請求項1〜3いずれか1項に記載の非水電解質二次電池。
- バイポーラ型である請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の非水電解質二次電池。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の非水電解質二次電池を内蔵した電池モジュール。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の非水電解質二次電池、および/または、請求項6記載の電池モジュールを搭載した自動車。
- 多孔質集電体を電解液中でエッチングすることにより空孔を形成する非水電解質二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記電極活物質薄膜層は、ゾルゲル法により形成される請求項8記載の非水電解質二次電池の製造方法。
