Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a container terminal that handles a plurality of stored containers.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a container terminal for loading and unloading a plurality of stored containers, a container terminal provided with a container storage section underground has been proposed.
[0003]
For example, a plurality of ground entry / exit rooms through which trucks loaded with containers enter and exit are arranged side by side in the left and right direction, and three levels of upper, middle, and lower storage rooms are formed under the ground entry / exit rooms. The chambers are formed in three rows in the front-rear direction. The upper storage room has a left-right moving pallet and a front-rear moving pallet. There is a buried storage device. In this apparatus, a container transported to a truck is once delivered to a pallet and transported underground (see Patent Document 1).

[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-60-82505 (pages 1-7, FIG. 1)
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the conventional container terminal as described above, when the container storage unit is provided underground, since it is separated from the container storage unit provided above the ground, continuous loading and unloading of the container between the ground and the underground is performed. And the cargo handling efficiency is reduced.
Also, if containers are to be stored in multiple levels in the container storage section provided on the ground in order to improve cargo handling efficiency, the containers stored in multiple levels may collapse during strong winds or earthquakes. If measures are included, facilities such as cranes for loading and unloading the container will require enormous equipment costs, and it is difficult to realize.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a container terminal that safely stores containers in multiple stages and that improves container handling efficiency.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention employs the following means in order to solve the above problems.
The invention according to
[0008]
According to the present invention, the container storage unit is opened above the sea or above the sea to form a space defined below the ground or below the sea surface, and the containers are stacked and stored in multiple layers inside the container storage unit to store the container underground. When unloading cargo from above to above ground or from above ground to below ground, it is possible to carry out unloading continuously with one cargo handling equipment without transferring containers. In addition, since the container does not directly receive the strong wind on the ground, the collapse of the container during the strong wind is avoided. Storage in the underground space also prevents collapse due to an earthquake.
[0009]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the container terminal according to the first aspect, the container storage section is formed of a caisson.
[0010]
According to the present invention, since the container storage section is formed by a caisson, the interior of the caisson forms a space, and the specific gravity in the volume occupied by the entire caisson reduces the landfill without installing the caisson. When the ground where the caisson is installed is soft ground, the load from the upper part applied to the soft ground becomes small, so that the land subsidence is suppressed because the specific gravity of the landfill is lighter than the ground.
[0011]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the container terminal according to the first aspect, the container storage unit is provided on a ship.
[0012]
According to the present invention, since the container storage unit is provided on the ship, the number of ships to be berthed can be increased or decreased according to the storage amount of the container to be unloaded.
[0013]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the container terminal according to any one of the first to third aspects, a dummy container serving as a frame of the container is provided on a bottom surface of the container storage unit. .
[0014]
According to the present invention, since the dummy container serving as the frame of the container is installed on the bottom surface of the container storage unit, damage to the container stored in the container storage unit due to rainwater or the like can be avoided.
[0015]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the container terminal according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, an ancillary facility for performing work associated with cargo handling of the container is installed above the container storage unit on the ground or at sea. It is characterized by having.
[0016]
According to the present invention, since the incidental facilities are installed above the container storage unit on the ground or at sea, land can be effectively used. In addition, since both are installed close to each other, for example, various operations such as customs clearance for the containers stored in the container storage unit can be quickly performed in the incidental facility, such as procedures related to cargo handling of the containers.
[0017]
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in the container terminal according to any one of the first to fifth aspects, a transshipment container or an empty container is installed in the container storage section in multiple stages.
[0018]
According to the present invention, the transshipment containers or empty containers are generally taken out of the stacked containers in order from the top, and the frequency of the unloading operation is low. Therefore, according to the present invention, the container can be stored under the container storage section in multiple stages without significantly lowering the cargo handling efficiency.
[0019]
