TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a patterned laminated glass used for a glass wall in a building or the like, a partition having a transparent portion, and a method for producing the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, there is a laminated glass in which a metal foil having a predetermined shape is sandwiched and bonded and integrated (see Patent Document 1 below).
[0003]
In addition, there is one in which a metal deposition film is formed between laminated glasses (see Patent Document 2 below).
[0004]
[Patent Document 1] Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 6-47339 [Patent Document 2] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 6-219792
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the case of Patent Document 1, it is necessary to cut the metal foil into a predetermined shape in advance, and it is impossible to express a complicated pattern or a pattern with shading.
[0006]
Also, in the case of Patent Document 2, once a metal vapor deposited film is formed, it is difficult to remove the metal partly and cleanly, and the peeling process causes damage to the glass surface, and causes a translucent portion, an abraded portion, or a blur. It is difficult to represent complicated and diverse patterns having portions.
[0007]
In view of the above, the present invention is capable of expressing a complicated and diverse pattern having a translucent portion, a rubbed portion, or a blurred portion without damaging a glass surface, and is easy to manufacture. The purpose is to provide.
[0008]
Other objects and novel features of the present invention will be clarified in embodiments described later.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the patterned laminated glass according to the present invention is provided with a coating film for forming a silver mirror on one side of one glass plate, and the other glass plate on the coating film forming surface with an adhesive resin. Is bonded and integrated,
The coating film is characterized in that a pattern having at least a translucent portion, a rubbed portion, or a blurred portion is formed.
[0010]
Further, in the method for producing a patterned laminated glass according to the present invention, a coating for forming a silver mirror is applied to one side of one glass plate to form a coating film, and the coating is performed in an uncured state of the coating film. After partially removing the film to form a pattern having at least a translucent portion, a rubbed portion, or a blurred portion, the other glass plate is overlapped on the coating film forming surface with an adhesive resin interposed therebetween to be integrally bonded. It is characterized by doing.
[0011]
In the method for producing a patterned laminated glass, it is preferable that the coating film is formed of a paste containing silver nitrate as a main component and a reducing agent, and after forming the pattern, drying and curing at room temperature.
[0012]
Further, the paste is preferably obtained by adding tin chloride and a reducing agent to a silver nitrate ammonia solution.
[0013]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of a patterned laminated glass and a method of manufacturing the same according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0014]
1 and 2 show an embodiment of a patterned laminated glass and a method for manufacturing the same according to the present invention. In these figures, reference numeral 1 denotes one of a colorless or colored transparent glass plate (for example, 5 mm in thickness), and a paste containing silver nitrate as a main component and a reducing agent is applied to one side surface (entire or partial). The coating film 2 is provided. The paste is, for example, a solution obtained by adding sodium hydroxide, tin chloride (stannic chloride) and a reducing agent (glucose) to a silver nitrate ammonia solution (a solution of silver nitrate in aqueous ammonia). The tin is reduced to form a silver mirror on the glass plate 1. However, when the coating film 2 is in an uncured state, the coating film 2 is partially removed using a brush, a brush, a cloth, or the like so that not only a transparent portion but also a translucent portion (a silver mirror is extremely thin and light is completely It has at least a non-reflective portion, an abraded portion (a portion where the silver mirror has been frayed), or a blurred (shade) portion (a portion where the light transmittance changes gradually from a very thin portion to a thick portion of the silver mirror). Pattern 3 can be formed. In this case, the blurring (shading) is not approximately represented by the density of dots or stripes, but rather by the change in light transmittance due to the thickness of the formed silver mirror (in other words, the haze value). (As change) can be accurately expressed. Since such a pattern is formed in a paste state, it can be formed without damaging the glass surface at all.
[0015]
After forming the pattern 3 on the uncured coating film 2, the coating film 2 is dried and cured at room temperature. After that, the other colorless or colored transparent glass plate 5 (for example, 5 mm in thickness) is laminated on the coating film forming surface of the one glass plate 1 with a laminated film 4 such as polyvinyl butyral serving as an adhesive resin interposed therebetween. While pressing, it is bonded and integrated by heating. Although the laminated film 4 is melted at 180 ° C. with polyvinyl butyral, usually the laminating temperature is about 130 ° C., and the laminated film 4 is not completely dissolved. Even in a state where both glass plates 1 and 5 are combined, the laminated film 4 keeps a transparent state, and the refractive index shows a value relatively close to glass.
[0016]
As in the prior art, when attaching a metal film to a glass plate by sputtering or the like, or when attaching a metal foil, it is difficult to peel off the metal film or foil by post-processing, a translucent portion, a rubbed portion, Or, it is practically impossible to draw various patterns having blurred portions. As shown in this embodiment, a silver mirror-reacted coating film 2 is applied to a glass plate 1, and the coating film 2 is partially removed in an uncured state using a brush, brush, cloth, or the like. Thus, a laminated glass having a complex and various patterns having a translucent portion, a rubbing portion, or a blurred portion can be realized.
[0017]
In addition, as long as the coating film 2 uses a paste capable of performing a silver mirror reaction, a coating material other than those exemplified in the embodiment can be used. It is also possible to use a transparent adhesive film (preferably having a refractive index close to that of glass) other than polyvinyl butyral as the laminated film 4, and a transparent adhesive film having a refractive index close to that of glass instead of the laminated film. Resins (such as liquid and heat-cured at the time of use) can be used.
[0018]
In the above embodiment, the thickness of the glass plate is 5 mm, but the thickness and area of the glass plate are not particularly limited in applying the present invention.
[0019]
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, it will be obvious to those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments and various modifications and changes can be made within the scope of the claims.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to express a complicated and diverse pattern having a translucent portion, a rubbed portion, or a blurred portion, and to realize a patterned laminated glass which can be easily manufactured.
