Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention particularly relates to a brushless motor used for a mobile communication device (for example, a mobile phone), an AV device, a game device, a massage device, a fan motor, or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 8-251896 discloses a motor that has been generally used. The motor described in this publication includes a rotor magnet fixed to a rotor hub, a stator fixed to a bracket, a coil wound around the stator, and terminal fittings embedded in terminal portions of the stator. . The terminal fitting is for electrically connecting the coil and an external power supply, and is formed by bending a spring plate material in a predetermined manner.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-8-251896
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional brushless motor described above has the following problems. That is, since the terminal fitting made of the spring plate material is buried in a predetermined position of the stator (base plate) by using insert molding or the like, it is difficult to cope with a complicated structure, which has been an obstacle to downsizing the motor.
[0005]
An object of the present invention is, in particular, to provide a brushless motor that contributes to promotion of miniaturization while simplifying the structure of a base plate.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A brushless motor according to the present invention is a brushless motor including a base plate provided with external terminals on the back surface side and a circuit board mounted on the front surface side of the base plate, wherein the base plate is provided on the back surface. , An external terminal electrically connected to the outside, a through hole penetrating the base plate from the back side to the front side, and provided on the front side and connected to the power supply end of the circuit board via solder. And a conductive thin film that electrically connects the external terminal and the internal terminal via the through-hole is formed on the back surface, the front surface, and the wall surface of the through-hole. .
[0007]
In order to supply power to the motor, it is necessary to electrically connect external terminals provided on the back side of the base plate and internal terminals on the front side soldered to the circuit board. Therefore, in the present invention, through holes are formed in the base plate so as to electrically conduct the conductive thin film forming the external terminals and the conductive thin film forming the internal terminals without using a terminal fitting made of a spring plate material. By forming a conductive thin film on the wall surface of the through hole, the external terminal and the internal terminal can be electrically connected via the through hole. Can be appropriately produced by plating. As described above, the adoption of the through-hole penetrating the base plate from the back surface to the front surface enables the formation of a conductive thin film that electrically connects the external terminal and the internal terminal, thereby forming the structure of the base plate. Is simplified, and further reduction in the size of the motor becomes possible by promoting the thinning of the base plate.
[0008]
Preferably, the internal terminal has a protrusion protruding from the surface of the base plate in the direction of the rotation axis, and the protrusion preferably extends to a position adjacent to the power supply end of the circuit board. By providing such a protrusion on the base plate, the power supply end of the circuit board and the internal terminal can be made adjacent to each other, and thereby, the solder between the power supply end on the circuit board side and the internal terminal on the base plate side can be formed. The connection work becomes extremely easy.
