Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a duct installation structure inside an instrument panel, and more particularly to an improvement in a structure in which an instrument panel is reinforced by a duct.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The issue of how to secure the rigidity of instrument panels that have been conventionally used as vehicle outfitting is improved by improving the texture of the surface and increasing the length in the vehicle width direction due to the widening of the vehicle. ing.
[0003]
That is, by giving flexibility to the surface of the instrument panel, the tactile sensation is improved and the texture is also improved, but the rigidity reduced by this flexibility must be reinforced by a reinforcing member such as a sheet metal member. .
[0004]
Further, the increase in the width of the vehicle leads to an increase in the length of outfitted components in the vehicle interior. In particular, an instrument panel in which an integrated component is desired has an increased length in the longitudinal direction (vehicle width direction), and required rigidity. Therefore, reinforcement by a reinforcing member is required.
[0005]
However, when such a reinforcing member is used, an increase in the number of components and an increase in the number of manufacturing steps cause an increase in manufacturing cost and an increase in product weight, which is not preferable.
[0006]
Therefore, a technique has been proposed in which an existing ventilator duct is attached to the back of the instrument panel inside the instrument panel, and the instrument panel is reinforced by this duct.
[0007]
However, in this technique, there is a problem that a part of the instrument panel that is in direct contact with the ventilator duct is cooled by cooling air flowing through the ventilator duct, and dew is formed due to a difference from an ambient temperature.
[0008]
Therefore, a technique for reinforcing the instrument panel while preventing the occurrence of dew condensation on the instrument panel surface has been proposed (Patent Document 1).
[0009]
The proposed technology forms a wing on the outer peripheral surface of a ventilator duct, and installs the wing on the back of the instrument panel, thereby forming an air layer between the peripheral wall of the main body of the ventilator duct and the back of the instrument panel. The cooling heat transfer from the ventilator duct to the instrument panel surface is alleviated, thereby preventing dew condensation on the instrument panel and reinforcing the instrument panel.
[0010]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-9-267623 (FIGS. 1 and 2)
[0011]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, according to the technology proposed in Patent Document 1 described above, the duct is raised and installed downward so as not to be in direct contact with the instrument panel. As a result, there is a problem that it is difficult to secure a desired gap between the duct and other wired wiring.
[0012]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and provides a duct installation structure inside an instrument panel capable of improving the duct space utilization efficiency while improving the strength of the instrument panel and preventing dew condensation. The purpose is to do.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a duct installation structure inside an instrument panel according to the present invention is configured such that a ventilator duct is installed on a back surface of an instrument panel via a defroster duct.
[0014]
That is, the duct installation structure inside the instrument panel according to the present invention is arranged such that the defroster duct is disposed in contact with the back surface of the instrument panel, and the ventilator duct does not directly contact the instrument panel. It is characterized by being arranged in contact with the air duct.
